Usual pick up is on Wednesday. The blue bin was not picked up. I called Wednesday evening and was told it would be picked up Thursday or Friday. I called Thursday evening and was told it was scheduled for pick up on Friday. I called at 5pm Friday and was told that it should be picked up by 6pm. It’s 6:15pm on Friday and the blue bin is still full! HELP!

This company is stuck in the past. No website, no one answers the phone, and as you can see with other reviews Walnut Creek needs a new company to handle trash pickup. Submitted complaint letters to BBB and the county, be sure to send more maybe we can get a new company that’s not so useless!

Still WAITING....terrible service. I called on 12/18/17 and made an appointment for a refrigerator pickup. My appt was set 10 days later for 12/28/17 a NO SHOW or a call. I call them they said due to holiday they pick up 12/29/17 again NO SHOW. I again call although they are polite on the phone there is no accountability for scheduled appts they said they should be there by 6 pm tonight ...still a NO SHOW . I am a older retired woman that had to roll down the refrigerator down to the sidewalk. I have no idea when they might arrive, I will have to leave it. Even though I duct tape it closed, I hope it won’t be a safety issue for kids and it looks ghetto sitting out front sidewalk here in Benicia.🙁
