Best pluming and heating team in the county. I have used several places and Chris’s team is the best. Clean, fast and competitive. Work is by far on top of the business. Love them!

Nine months, still broken, zero accountability
My family has used Wilson's Plumbing for decades. We chose them for a $27,000 Mitsubishi mini-split installation despite their bid being the highest because we trusted their reputation. That trust was misplaced.
One of the two units stopped cooling and started leaking water within weeks of installation. The bedroom unit works perfectly, so this isn't a design issue. It's a workmanship issue.
Over nine months and more than six service visits, their lead tech added refrigerant multiple times without ever using a scale (a basic industry requirement), repeatedly told the office the unit was "working properly" when it wasn't, and never followed through on a Mitsubishi warranty case. I called Mitsubishi myself and they confirmed they'd been waiting weeks for a callback that never came.
An independent contractor (Bellows Plumbing) confirmed what I'd been saying all along: the system wasn't functioning and appeared to have a refrigerant leak. Wilson's agreed to pay for that inspection. Their own technician later found the system critically low on refrigerant, yet somehow reported "no leak found."
Beyond the HVAC failure, the crew's conduct on-site was unprofessional. I asked them to move my glass-top printer cabinet before working near it. They refused, then dropped a screwdriver on it and shattered the glass. To their credit, they did replace the top at their expense. But they also tracked dog waste through my house and scratched my walls with their ladder. The carelessness was consistent from start to finish.
I've requested written documentation of service visits multiple times over three months. Never received it. Phone calls go unreturned. Heather is perpetually "unavailable."
I gave this company every opportunity to make it right privately. Extensions, patience, benefit of the doubt. After nine months of broken promises and a unit that still doesn't work, I've had to file a bond claim and formal complaints just to get a response.
If you're considering Wilson's for HVAC work, get everything in writing and document everything from day one. I wish I hadn't had to learn that lesson this way. -
Manny did an excellent job taking care of his customer. Communication was on point the entire time. Working alongside him from the restoration side, it’s clear he really looks out for the people he’s helping. Highly recommend!

Rip off. Tried to charge me $470 to replace the thermocouple on a furnace that is worth $600 new. Buyer beware.

Had Jeff from Wilson did he's job well was very professional and did what I ask him to do and ask him different questions about plumbing received a good answer 👍
-
Jeff is terrific. He fixed our leak in our main water line to the house and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
-
Told me outright lies about my leaking toilet problems, trying to convince me to replace the toilets in my house. Overcharged me for work done. Unprofessional and dishonest.
-
Horray for Corey at Wilson’s. Helped us through several projects in a professional yet personable manner. He is now my plumber of choice. Great work!
-
My grandma hired them to check a plumbing leak. Charged far over their quoted price, sold her toilets that sell in stores for 4x the cost.
We attempted to fight them on the price, and they put on lien on her house(usual for scam plumbers).
Avoid at all costs. -
Great service for a difficult job. Jeff was creative and persistent to get our Roman Tub back in service. Will never use another plumbing service.
-
I have had a lot of work done on my house in the past months since moving in. Not the least of which is the drain side plumbing was all replaced after coming home to my master tub flooded with sewage. I called wilson's and was happy with the service. Pricing was a bit high but overall the quality of the work was above par.

I had Wilson's come out to examine a furnace that was 17 years old. I did my homework on the parts (the electronics were shot) and knew the new board would cost about $100-$150. Assuming labor for a few hours the repair should have been $350. The quote was for over $500.
I was also considering switching out the furnace to a newer more efficient model and asked the Wilson tech for an estimate: The estimate was $3500 for 65k BTU. You can buy a 90k BTU with 80% efficiency for about $900. I had a new 90K BTU unit installed with new duct work and filter system for $1900... Do the math -
Kurt and Johnny make every service and repair easy. Very professional and always on top of any potential issues. Kurt keeps all organized and Johnny is always on time, pleasant and professional. Prices are fair. Work is excellent.

They are always Johnny on the spot when I need help. I felt bad because I kinda went off on Kurt, over the phone, and he's such a nice man. That being said, the work was under warranty for my water heater and they told me what was wrong with my furnace, so I'm going to see if there is a way to fix it myself. Because it's 30 years old and replace t parts probably aren't available. Thank you Wilson's. Sorry Kurt. 🙏💐

We had an update to our heating system to include heating zones in addition to fixing some plumbing leaks and electrical work. Richard was awesome to work with very consultative, completely upfront about pricing throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction! He is now our plumber of choice.

Our Carbon Monoxide monitor chirped. Wilson's Corey, customer service specialist, found our furnace was faulty. We agreed to a new furnace. Price was high, but the furnace was smaller and more efficient than our old one. It required a lot of new sheet-metal work to fit it in. Gary's build to accommodate the new furnace was artistically beautiful. Jamie and Kevin did an amazing job of installing, clean, quiet, neat and competent. Check your CO monitor. It's important.

Overall, the sales, service, and communication of Wilson’s is excellent. Many thanks to Corey, Manny, Kurt, and Heather. Corey arrived first to take a look at our very old gas line and gave an estimate for a pressure test and repair. We were applying for a permit with the city to do the repair so we specifically needed a diagram drawn and Corey did that professionally. He also did the pressure test. Corey and Manny came over to go over the job and Manny did the repair. He really did a fine job. Over the phone, Kurt and Heather were courteous and professional, kindly working with our schedule to match the right days. Even though the price was higher than two other estimates, it wasn’t by much and you get what you pay for. High quality service. The first plumbing company came over for a look and an estimate but never returned our four plus calls after that. The second plumber did a diagram but wasn’t licensed. The city required the job done by a licensed plumber. A third plumbing company was too busy to come over to do a diagram. Wilson’s communicated well from the start, assuring us they could do the diagram needed, offered to do the permit though we did it ourselves, and the job was done for the price as estimated. Corey and Kurt even followed up to make sure we passed our gas test with the city and had our gas turned back on. I highly recommend them.
