Reviews of local pros in Pacoima, California

My couches were extremely horrible looking. I’ve attempted cleaning them myself and I know I only made it worse. I wasn’t expect much when I finally gave in calling in for help and let me say I am so glad I did. I made the call yesterday and came out today to get the job done. My couches look way more cleaner and smells way better than ever before. Customer service was amazing! I will definitely be recommending them!

I was very happy with Jimmy with his professional service. Jimmy did service on my back house that I rent out, cleaning the bathroom floor and show tile and floor, living room floor tile, Kitchen floor tile and granite countertop, and the bedroom carpet. I was working and he was communicating with me. When I got home and seen the back house it looked nice, everything looked new. I truly will recommend Jimmy with my family, friends and coworkers. Thank you Jimmy 🙂

Used A Best Air Duct Cleaning after a not-great experience with another company a while back. From the first call you could tell the office staff actually had it together — got me booked, sent a confirmation text, the tech showed up on time. He took photos, explained what was going on without the jargon, gave me a couple of options at different price points, and let me decide. Job got done same visit. Couple days later the office called to make sure everything was good. That kind of follow-through goes a long way.

Just moved into a place over here in Burbank and noticed a musty smell coming through the vents (honestly had no clue what was causing it). They found mildew in the trunk line and got everything sanitized. What a relief.

Was in a bit of a panic trying to get the air ducts cleaned before listing my house out in San Fernando... I called them for a same-day fix and they came through, polishing everything up just in time for the inspection. Definitely eased my worries!

totally needed help with all the drywall dust after some renovations out here in San Fernando... they cleaned the whole HVAC system so there's no more dust blowing around. super glad I found them!

Got a second opinion after all that post-construction mess at my place. There was drywall dust and sawdust everywhere, so I thought it’d be smart to clean the HVAC system before firing it up again. They came out and did a full system cleaning instead of just a quick blowout, which made sense with all the debris floating around. Now everything feels much fresher over here in San Fernando (yeah, not fun dealing with all that dust). Solid work and they were easy to chat with too.

My sliding door was feeling heavy and stuck halfway (yeah, not fun). I called them again since the last job they did held up really well. They replaced the rollers and now it glides like new. Honestly had no clue how big of a difference it would make!

This is the 2nd job that I’ve used Rolando on to help me replace my gutters at my house ,,
Absolutely amazing quality , good price , and efficient service ..
I highly recommend Rolando to help anyone with their gutters

Rolando is honest, Gave great guidance on an amazing project the proof is in the details I say. He was great to work with and will be using him moving forward. Thanks for you great work.

RC Sheet Metal did a great job replacing our rusted-out gutters quickly, carefully, at a very fair price and with a very attractive result. Rolando was a pleasure to work with.

RC mastered the task of a complex repair to a vintage Mobil gas station (Pegasus) sign using soldering techniques where most other shops shied away from the task. He completed the work timely and showed great craftsmanship and passion for his work - a pleasure to do business with A+++ - highly recommended.

Roland is a great guy to deal with. He was able to handle all my needs. This was the 3rd time I have hired him and will do so again.
