Reviews of local pros in Pacoima, California

"I can't recommend Rolando highly enough! He has been an absolute asset to my multi-family new construction projects, delivering top-notch sheet metal work with precision and professionalism. His attention to detail is second to none, ensuring every aspect of the installation is clean and expertly executed. What truly sets Rolando apart is his deep understanding of how sheet metal integrates into the overall functionality of a building. He doesn't just install—he enhances the structure with smart solutions that align seamlessly with the project’s needs. If you're looking for a subcontractor who is reliable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with, look no further than Rolando!"

Roland built a fully custom rain gutter out of 24-gauge steel in just one day, expertly tackling a particularly challenging section of my house. The area was difficult to access, with limited space to work and a crooked wall, which required him to adjust the gutter's width from 5 inches down to 2 inches. Throughout the entire process, Roland was not only highly professional but also incredibly personable. He immediately grasped exactly what I needed and took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I was completely informed every step of the way. I’ll definitely be hiring him again for any future sheet metal or rain gutter work that comes up.

Rolando installed gutters on my home. He did an excellent job and I’m so happy with the result. He helped me pick colors that match my home beautifully, and suggested a lovely rain chain as a solution where a downspout would have been challenging due to my landscaping. I’m so happy with the result. He communicated all the details to me very clearly and was thorough about the details. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about 2 Garzas Landscape! We hired him for a complete refresh of our front and backyard, and the results were beyond our expectations. He created a custom landscape design that brought so much life and color to our property, vibrant plants, clean lines, and a beautiful layout. He also installed artificial grass, which looks fantastic and has significantly reduced our water usage and irrigation costs. It's eco-friendly and budget-friendly! A big thank you to Javier, the owner, he was hands-on, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our outdoor space something we could be proud of. It’s rare to find that level of personal attention and care these days. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and modern landscaping company I highly recommend 2 Garzas Landscape. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Used them again this year. They are really good! I'll be using them again next year! Good clean work done with expert eyes, coupled with an impeccable clean up at the end of the job

This company started construction at 6:30 am, blatantly breaking the rules that clearly state work cannot begin until 8:00 am. I had just returned home after three days in the hospital and, despite being exhausted, I came out and asked them respectfully to wait until the legal start time. Instead of listening, they laughed in my face and carried on as if the law did not apply to them. Police were called and shut them down on the spot. This kind of behavior is disgraceful, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for both the law and the community. If you think you can ignore regulations and treat neighbors with contempt, you have no business operating here.

De Rosas has been gardening for us for about a year now, and I owe them this review.

They do a great job. They are easy to coordinate with and take on about any gardening work you need (from routine care, to landscaping to brush abatement).

My life has gotten a lot easier after finding them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is the best tree trimming company in Los Angeles! They were very quick and did an excellent job. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much! The price was also very fair.

Been there a lot of years. Clean, safe and well run. The secret of the place is the wonderful staff...

I got my turf installation a few years back on part of my yard. Because I’m a Daycare Provider in my yard is used 50% more of the time daily and also I have two very wild dogs that could have destroyed it. Very glad the grass and the installation is still doing great and it’s made a huge difference for the Daycare and also for personal use. Fast, reliable, cost affordable and professional.

We are thrilled to share our experience with Jose and his incredible team at So Cal Landscape. From the moment we began our relationship working with Jose and his team for all of our luxury home landscape projects in North Ranch they were by far one of our all time favorite partners! Jose's kindness and genuine care made all the difference. He truly made us feel valued, taking the time to listen to our ideas and concerns as if they were his own. I was particularly impressed with how he hand-picks all of our trees and plants, tailoring everything to fit our clients specific needs for each project. His helpful spirit is evident in every interaction, and he has an amazing ability to make you feel like he has all the time in the world to discuss our clients vision, and handle any question that comes his way.

Jose's crew is nothing short of remarkable. They are hard-working and diligent, consistently going above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. Their dedication to excellence transformed our landscapes into stunning showcases.

Having worked with Jose on multiple luxury home projects, we cannot express enough how grateful we are for his expertise and commitment to quality. These guys are masters at turning yards into paradise locations. I was completely blown away by how creative they get with their work. Super professional and timely. Do yourself a favor and go with them.

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work Lervin and his team did on our backyard! From start to finish, he was professional, diligent, and truly cared about every detail of the project. He installed high-quality artificial grass, built a beautiful wall, handled landscaping and planting, executed flawless brickwork, and even built an amazing outdoor kitchen and pergola—basically, he did it all!

His craftsmanship is top-notch, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. He was always on time, communicative, and made the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers amazing results, look no further. Highly recommend!

**Review for Lervin with A.S.V Creations Landscaping & Pool Services**

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lervin from A.S.V Creations on our pool and landscaping project, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Our previous contractor left us in a difficult position, abandoning the project less than halfway done and leaving us frustrated and uncertain. Lervin truly came to the rescue, and we are beyond thankful for his professionalism and dedication. Almost 1 years in the making after our old contractor left.

From the very start, Lervin’s flexibility, honesty, and transparency stood out. His pricing was extremely reasonable, especially considering the mess he had to step into. There were no hidden costs or surprises – everything was communicated clearly throughout the project, and the payment schedules were well-organized and easy to manage.

Lervin’s communication was top-notch. He kept us informed every step of the way, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. He was incredibly flexible, accommodating the necessary changes without hesitation or hassle. His transparency and willingness to work with us after the bad experience we had made a world of difference.

Above all, the quality of his work was exceptional. Lervin’s attention to detail and craftsmanship turned what could have been a nightmare into a dream come true. Our pool and landscaping turned out better than we ever expected, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled contractor who will not only get the job done but exceed expectations, we highly recommend Lervin with A.S.V Creations. We can’t thank him enough for coming through for us!

The guys are very professional and knowledgeable in planning, construction, retrofitting, and deploying high-tech features to smart homes!

After a quick inspection, the technician skillfully fixed our thermostat. The whole process took under an hour, and now our home feels perfectly comfortable again.

Akbar Bhamani is a good man. Highly recommend working with him.

I found Ambit Construction after having a less than stellar experience with another company. From the start their team addressed all my concerns and went above and beyond the normal status quo. My project had its share of difficulties obtaining permits. But Ambit was up to the task and had them all addressed. Once permits were received, things moved at a quick pace! They stayed on schedule and kept me updated every step of the way with weekly status pictures of the work. This was a big deal for me because I live 400 miles from the project. The finished product they produced exceeded my expectations. They completely gutted the interior down to the studs and built a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath home with new plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The highest compliment I can give them is that I would use them again with no hesitation. I wish I had another project for them!

Experienced and Efficient. Great quality and service. Support your local tradesmen!
