I needed a new heating and AC unit. After researching prices and service I chose Palm Desert. And have never regretted the decision. Everyone I interacted with was professional and concerned about giving the best service. Which is what I got. Thank you. In particular, the installation staff worked long hours in hot and cramped quarters without complaint and were always willing to try their best to meet my expectations. Which they did.

PDAC is great! They installed extra ducts for three rooms that were partitioned off.

Palm Desert AC is very honest as one other local company told me I needed to completely redo my ductwork in order to have the additional vents added. Palm Desert AC did a thorough analysis of my compressor and also of my ductwork and they told me that it was old but fine and it would be able to handle it. They arrived on time, were very thorough and speedy with the installation and I have had no problems.

Quick and efficient assessment and bid for furnace/AC replacement. Several options were priced. I went with the American Standard 80% efficient furnace with a paired 5-ton 14 SEER air conditioner. Lin followed up with an on-site visit to finalize details, answer questions and sign the contract. The installers arrived promptly at 8:30 two days later to do the replacement. They were professional, courteous and tidy, finishing the install by mid-afternoon. I highly recommend Palm Desert Air, a locally owned company, for your furnace and AC needs.

I did a lot of research and obtained estimates from 3 different companies. Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating offered a top tier brand, American Standard at a lower price than other companies were selling third rate brands. They were also the only company that offered a complimentary 2 year maintenance program. The installers, Dean and Dennis were on time, very professional and worked very hard. They were quite knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and looking to a long relationship with them maintaining my new AC unit and heat pump.

Working with Palm Desert AC has been a great experience all around. From Jean in the office, along with Lin the service manager and all the techs, I could not have asked for a better HVAC company to deal with. Simply outstanding! I had a new efficient two stage AC and heat pump installed. The technicians who installed and adjusted the unit were very professional and worked efficiently. You cannot go wrong using this company.

We have been full time residents for 4+ years and have been customers of Palm Desert A/C with the yearly service contract. Always timely in bi-annual maintenance service. When we have had cause for attention with the air conditioning system, they have addressed our concern as soon as humanly possible. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and make all repairs for customers with safety, health and comfort. We find their pricing to be fair and reasonable. They stand behind their work and seek the satisfaction of their customers.

We bought a 1981 condo in May of this year and our first power bill for month of June for which we were here most of the month was $855! and even with a full month with no one here and thermostat set to 90 our bill was $350. NOT SUSTAINABLE! I wanted a new Heat Pump Package Unit and did research. The number one overall unit according to Consumer Reports was American Standard. Lennox & Carrier had good ratings too. I located the three highest rated HVAC companies for those units and we selected Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating Company. Lin, the service manager who provided out quote was terrific, We learned our unit was original! Manufactured in 1978! All three company reps were great but what stood out about Palm Desert AC was superior unit warranty, service warranty and labor warranty. They were also able to install a new unit just a few days after our decision. The team of Jorge, Kreen and Mateo were awesome professionals. Super nice and did outstanding work on installing the new unit leaving the area clean and leaving nothing behind. I might add, that in addition to American Standard being our #1 choice before quotes, Palm Desert HC came in with the best overall pricing. DO NOT replace your AC without consulting with Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating Company. You can thank me later :)

Extremely professional highly knowledgeable well trained technician. The installation technicians Jorge and Kreen were highly knowledgeable and wanted to ensure all my questions were answered. They also took the time to make sure I was satisfied with every step of the process. They were very respectful of my home they covering the floors to protect them and they were very careful when cleaned up the work area when finished.
I have to say everyone I spoke with at Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating were wonderful to work with start to finish. Thanks Lin McCoy you have super team that puts the customer first.

My 95 year old father's A/C broke down at the start of the July 23 heatwave. I got bids $6800-$13k to get it replaced. Called Jean at Palm Desert A/C & Heating. Got a new A/C unit installed for $1800 less than the best quote. Bottom line. Great service. Great price. This is a company you can trust.

Amazing company. Very professional and responsive. I replaced my aged furnace and air-conditioning system with a Bosch heat pump, after consultation with them. The Bosch system is everything they said it was and more. The installation crew was great. On time, friendly and professional. The clean-up was so good that I didn't even need to vaccum despite the fact they had to do some minor interior demolition as part of the installation.

Palm Desert air-conditioning and heating company installed my entire HVAC system, consisting of two condensers, coils and two furnaces. They all work beautifully together. The entire system was fairly priced, and the company was very professional. We had a little too much airflow in one of our rooms and they sent D and William out and they went beyond the call of duty to diagnose the issue and fix it within an hour. D and William also looked at our duct system to make sure that was working efficiently and they adjusted a couple of them and the system is working beautifully now. They will take extra steps to make sure you’re satisfied. Jean in the office is excellent in returning calls promptly and sending crews to your home. Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating cares, and they have the expertise and dedication to handle any issues with AC and Heating systems as well as Heat Pumps. They solved a tricky issue with our Trane thermostat after a recent power outage, and restored our AC to normal. Friendly and effective, they have a can-do mentality that gets the job done. We just had our ducting replaced, and we are deeply satisfied with the performance of the technicians. They were professional, kind, and paid attention to detail. Not to mention, promptness and excellent communication of the font office. I highly recommend this company.
