I initially thought this was a scam but not because of any apparent reason, I just don’t know what is real or fake anymore. Kristin the scheduler completely understood where I was coming from and was very patient with me. She explained and broke down every detail about their company. Sure enough they are very REAL and legit. The cleaners, Herman and Honorina did an amazing job and were very thorough. I Highly recommend this company!!!

Update as of second cleaning. If you want a thorough legit moving out clean find another business. There was a clear miscommunication as to what a “move out” clean entails. Walls were left dirty, vents not cleaned, floors mopped over with dirt still remaining. I don’t like to bash anyone’s business but I had used them for a move out and in of new tenants, and my first rental that we listed on the market. The renters complained of the walls being dirty and “doesn’t seem like much was cleaned” per renter, and same thing with my house on the market. I actually had to go back through and clean the house myself. Basically it was vacuum the carpets and wipe the counter tops that’s what I got with a $400 “move out” cleaning. While yes the communication on when they will be there and when they are done is great, the move out cleaning doesn’t all get done what they say is done. I’m all for new businesses and I have spoken with the owner since discrepancies were noted and it has been handled with professionalism. Just be aware if you want a full move out cleaning make sure you make it 100% clear as to what you want. IE; walls wiped and light switches wiped.

Great communication with quick responses. Even did a move out cleaning on Memorial Day so I could get renters into a house. Very professional and pleasant. Great updates on when they are on their way and when they are done. Already booked them to do a second house cleaning.

Starting off with this company will have my business for life. Above and beyond is a understatement, communication is 10/10. The owner is professional, respectful, caring, ect. I feel like I've gained a new family with this experience. After the starting process I was presented with a quote, followed by a invoice sent and the system they have was easy and very understanding. I was told what I am to expect in this process and ensured that they will handle everything plus. Constantly communicating until the day of, the system notified me that the team was on their way and once they have arrived. It was a night and day transformation, organizing, fixing scrubbing the life back into my home and the part I loved was the walk through. They genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy about the outcome of their work. From a to z I'm a happy customer and once again they have a new customer for life. I had the Deep Clean and not only was it reasonably priced for my dusty 5bed/3bath home the Crew took their time (so no need to worry about thoroughness) yet was done in a reasonable time frame.

Kristin and her crew came to do a moving clean and overall I’m happy with their work. The home was really dusty because nobody had lived their for almost 2 years and they did the best they could do. I did mention to Kristin that I wanted all the inside of the cabinets cleaned but majority of the inside cabinets were still dusty or never touched. Maybe there was a miscommunication on that part but overall due to the amount of dust and dirt that the house had they did a good job. Kristin was very professional and sweet, and I’ll definitely use their services again.
