Kristin was wonderful to work with. I live out of state and she went the extra mile to reassure us our home was being taken care of. What could’ve felt complicated and unsure felt easy and like I could trust my house in their hands. Communication was amazing, she called us before allowing anyone to enter the home. She dealt with a complicated matter while there and was super professional and understanding.
We were really grateful to have her working with us and would absolutely trust this company again.

Kristin was a delight to talk with from start to finish. Discussing services was easy and it felt extremely transparent and comfortable from going over what needed to be cleaned, pain points, and even pricing. I like that they have a communication system in place to alert all crew members that are assigned to a cleaning if I have a concern (or praise), and that there is consistency in crew that will come to my home. It truly felt like a service experience and relationship being built rather than someone trying to make a buck, which I greatly appreciate.

Kristin and her Crew are amazing. When I moved to Palmdale they did my move-in clean at my rental house and I have had them clean many times in the year I've lived here and now they are doing my move-out clean. They are extremely detail oriented and I would recommend them to anyone for any service from just the bathrooms to deep cleans. Kristin takes the time to explain the process and prices to you and makes the entire thing comfortable and easy. Truly cannot express how grateful I am to this crew.

Love Kristin and the crew. Super communicative and reliable and my house always looks amazing. Honorina and Eric are very thorough and so polite. I love that I get notifications when they scheduled and again when they are on their way. Wow!!! Amazing work! The crew completed a prepaid move out cleaning and carpet cleaning for me and it was stunning!!! It was so fantastic that I wanted to live in that house again!!!! The crew was wonderful to work with from the very first conversation I had with the owner, Kristen. They are professional, transparent and amazingly priced for the service they provide. I was hesitant about paying upfront not having worked with the crew previously but I am be very glad that I did! The Crew is a business with great integrity which was apparent in every step of the process of working with them!

Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of having Erik and Honorina clean my home that I just moved into, and I cannot praise them enough! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. They went above and beyond, leaving my home spotless. Every inch of the kitchen surfaces was spotless and the hardwood floors...gleaming! I can't wait to get the team on a monthly cadence! Thank you!!!!!

I bought a condo and wanted a move in clean so I booked the crew cleaning services. Best choice ever! They are very professional, they communicate with me and each other very well. They were punctual and they got right to work. I appreciate the communication throughout the cleaning as well. They each tackled a different area of the house and had it looking squeaky clean. By the time they left my house smelled amazing and everything looks so clean. I was ready to move my stuff right in! Definitely hire them and you won’t be disappointed!

Arrived on time and did a pretty good cleaning job at a more affordable price than other companies quoted. They missed a few easy to remove stains, but I guess nobody is perfect. During my move out inspection, my landlord liked how the house looked so much, that he asked for the Cleaning Crew’s phone number so he could use them!

I am so thankful for the crew coming out to help me with the heart of a house, my kitchen! Honorina and Joel did an amazing job, I will definitely recommend! Thank you for your service. May God bless your business and your families in the biggest way!

I had them do a tan carpet that was more brown then tan, once they were don't it was like brand new. Thank you Marie's cleaning.

I liked the garden. A good variety of flowers and plants

It was great as always.. the employees were very knowledgeable and polite and very helpful..the only thing I noticed it didn't have was upon entering the garden center they didn't have the misters like the other home Depot in our area it was much needed being that we were in triple digit temperatures in Palmdale ca...

Absolutely horrible experience just left the garden center as I walked in and walked by the gentleman that was working in the little booth I smiled said hi how you doing man he looked at me with a horrible look my wife and I put the plants back left and will never shop there again.

The manager Sean was awesome and honestly along with the rest of the associates we encountered. Everyone seems so cheerful and helpful, normally don't leave reviews but you guys knocked it out of the Park.

WMS Maintenance Inc. has been a constant disappointment in the Vello Valley Homes community. They were contracted by management, but it’s clear they don’t take pride in their work. They often leave behind a mess, cut corners, and fail to complete even basic tasks properly. Instead of improving the neighborhood, they make it look worse. It’s frustrating to see a company hired to maintain the community show such little professionalism or accountability
