I would like to say Thanks to Loyall Plumbing. Had a kitchen faucet that sprung a like in the hose. Placed a call and a very nice young lady set me up with an appointment in the same day. My Tech was David, here on time, very friendly, and VERY knowledgeably. Found the problem and corrected it in no time. Amazing Service by Loyal Plumbing. They were dispatched by my home warranty (Fidelity Home Warranty). They called me with in 1 hour to make appointment for same day. They resolved all issues. Thank u again. Would recommend this company to every body.

Very disappointed with this company. I just recently moved to this area and Matt with Loyall plumbing was highly recommended and let me tell you what a complete waste of my time and money. He did little to no effort to snake the main pipe line and had the aducity to charge me $144 and then ask for $100 for doing absolutely nothing, said that the septic tank was full and the problem was the leach drain system it will cost me around 10k.. nothing he said was true! Complete scam!

Matt was exceptional! He was quick to make the requested repairs and explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way, answering of all my random questions patiently and thoroughly. The hot water in our shower kept turning cold unexpectedly. I reached out for help. They replaced the mixing valve and tested it thoroughly. The temperature is now consistent.

Water pressure in our shower had dropped significantly. After calling this plumbing team, a technician inspected the showerhead. He removed the mineral buildup and restored the flow. The pressure is perfect again.

Woke up early and noticed water slowly dripping under the kitchen sink cabinet. It had probably been leaking overnight. I contacted a plumbing service and the plumber quickly found a loose connection in the pipe. After tightening and sealing it properly, the leak completely stopped and the cabinet stayed dry.

The bathtub drain had been moving water very slowly for several days. Their technician cleared the buildup deep inside the pipe. After testing the drain the water flowed quickly again.

A small leak developed around the bathroom faucet base. I called this plumbing service to inspect it. The technician replaced the seal and tightened the fixture. The leak is gone.

Have had the septic emptied. They dug up a little section of the yard and then tried to put it back together as neatly as possible. I am really satisfied with them and plan to return for future orders. (I'm hoping it won't be anytime soon.)

Destin worked quickly and well. He covered it with dirt really fast and was a pleasure to deal with. No septic service I called would dig to find the septic lid, even after I asked them to. I would recommend and use them again to my friends.

Called Palmdale based on a colleague's recommendation. The installation took approximately 2 hours, including the time it took for the installers to obtain additional parts that I had not purchased with the water softener. Destin installed the water softener, added the salt I had purchased, removed all debris, explained how the unit would operate, and informed me of a 90-day installation warranty. As soon as the payment was processed, he emailed the receipt and before-and-after images from his iPad. Destin and Palmdale greatly astoniHed me!
