Had an issue with my water heater, had another company come out and said they couldn’t fix it and it needed to be replaced and that I would need to wait till the next day, it was only 8 am plus I had to wait extra cause they were to busy the day before, I decided to get another opinion, I called die hard and they came out within an hour of me calling And found that it was the gas control valve that was bad in about 2 hours of my 1st call to them I had hot water and didn’t need to replace the hot water heater, they were recommended by a friend and I would recommend them to everyone awesome service.

Jake, was very professional he was at my house at the time he said he would. Explained everything he was going to do. After he was done he cleaned up everything did not leave a mess. I would totally recommend them.

Die Hard response was prompt and on time on an emergency call(water shut off) They delivered excellent service at a fair price. I will highly recommend.

They put in a whole new water conditioning unit on my house called Halo and it is fantastic it’s so much better than LifeSource that’s it I did have and it was horrible it was a terrible service terrible people but the halo so far it seems wonderful last for 10 years you don’t have to mess with it don’t have to service it you don’t have to do anything it’s self cleans it all that and I’m on a well so the whole thing just they came over and went great they were really fast very professional and I love die hard I could not ask for a better plumbing company and Jake and Aaron I’m telling you the best guys in the world and I will always use them forever and ever so you guys are great thanks!!!!!!!!

Kevin replaced two bathroom sinks and two sets of faucets in my bathrooms. Kevin arrived on time, did the job, and cleaned up the sinks. I was so happy with the job he did I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done, he’s very honest, and dependable.
