I was very happy with the service, I have a few rentals in Antelope Valley and have been trying to find a good, reliable plumber for my tenants. Since the units are old I have dealt with many plumbers in the past. I like the fact that they gave me the price over the phone and the estimate and the final price were almost the same. Since I can not take a trip there for every time my tenants have a plumbing problem I will be calling them for sure next time.

AV Plumbing does not honor its warranty. The woman who answers the phone that claims to be the manager is unprofessional and rude. She totally overtalked me and hung the phone up in my face. I paid $1000 for a water heater still under warranty. My water wont stay hot. She tells me they will charge me for a service call if it is not a water heater issue. Isnt that what a warranty is for- to come out to determine if the water heater has a problem? By their unprofessional standards I guess not. Do not use these people!

Chris C. came today and changed out an old, corroded garbage disposal. He was very fast and it took him under an hour to swap out the new one for the old one. Chris had excellent service skills, was very easy to work with, and personable. I would recommend this company for your undersink plumbing needs.

I had a new garbage disposal installed. The plumber who arrived was on time and professional. While chatting with him, he mentioned that he was a newer employee. Good hire! Not only did he install the new disposal, he also fixed another minor (potential) issue under the sink. I will always use this company!

The young man that showed up (misplaced his card) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the repair. He came in assessed the repair and quickly gave me a quote. He had us up and running in no time. I definitely will refer a friend if needed and highly recommend them.

Our plumber Robert was a trooper. He originally came for one plumbing issue and ended up helping us with other various things we wanted him to check out. Gave us some good insights on some problems we had, which we’re thankful for. He worked really fast too which was very appreciated.

Arrived on time en-fact he was a little early. He looked at the water heater and left to get the replacement one. Returned and started to remove the old water heater. He then installed the new one. Set up was quick and start up was good. No licks and pretty of hot water. The plumber was Jeke. I would have him work on any other jobs that I might have in the future.

BEWARE OF ANTELOPE VALLEY PLUMBING! They will attempt to overcharge you (10x in our case), try to convince you to complete unnecessary work, and potentially sabotage your system. Antelope Valley Plumbing is a shady corrupt company and should be avoided at all costs. You can find numerous trustworthy plumbers with excellent reviews on Yelp.

We have been exceedingly disappointed by the unreasonable cost and substandard quality of Antelope Valley Plumbing's work. We had their plumber "Frank" come to provide an estimate for an underground leak. During his estimate he stated that "he would be required dig up a 5x5ft area to determine the source of the leak". He estimated that it would take hours just to determine the source and cost $650 at a minimum. He arrived 2h 45m late and therefore was unable to complete any work that day. The next day one of their younger plumbers "Kevin" came and once again arrived 1h 30m late. Within the first five minutes he found and lifted two panels in the same area and discovered the leaking PVC connector. He said it would cost $375 to replace the connector but recommended that he replace the entire main line to the house for $2,400. We elected to allow "Kevin" to replace the broken PVC connector, which took less than an hour to complete ($400/hour). Before he left he told us there would be no warranty for his work because we didn't go for the $2,400 option. One month later we had a PVC 90 rupture next to the connector "Kevin" replaced. Upon inspection a crack had developed in the PVC 90 which originated from a dent likely caused by an impact with a blunt object. We called AV Plumbing and they once again sent "Kevin" to provide an estimate for the work. He again recommends that we replace the entire main line for $2,400, but he could fix the PVC 90 for $750. He called and talked to the owner of Antelope Valley Plumbing and then decided he could do the work for $2,000. He then claimed that the reason the 90 failed was that he wanted to use schedule 80 for the previous repair but "we told him we wanted him to use schedule 40". This statement was entirely fabricated as we never discussed the materials he would use for the previous repair. Due to this lie and the shady nature of Antelope Valley Plumbing as a whole we decided it would be a good idea to get some estimates from other local plumbers. We found two other local plumbers on yelp and got them to provide estimates to fix current leak. Both plumbers arrived on time and estimated the repair under $100. We asked if we needed to replace the main line and they both thought that it was completely unnecessary and unrelated to our leak. The plumber we eventually selected offered to come that evening (8pm), arrived on time, completed the work in 1h 30m, only charged us $75 for parts and labor, and overall did an excellent job. I cannot stand shady companies like Antelope Valley Plumbing which try to take advantage of customers who are uneducated in a particular trade by overcharging and recommending additional overpriced and unnecessary work. STAY AWAY FROM ANTELOPE VALLEY PLUMBING!

While trenching we hit the water pipe to the house. I called and they were able to come out in about an hours and 2 hours later the problem was fixed. They cut the damaged pipe out and replaced it. Great job.

Our main broke on the afternoon of Christmas Eve and Ramin went out of his way to come over & repair our leak. The price was reasonable for a holiday weekend. He was quick & professional. I would totally call them again!

We experienced a clog that caused water to come up drains in a different bathroom other than the one where a shower was being taken at. Since we have a septic tank system, they sent Robert R to help clear the problem. He is highly qualified in septic systems. He skillfully used a variety of techniques and equipment to learn the lay of our system, identify the location of the clog, and clear it. Robert also installed a new clean-out for us, to help make any possible future cleanings more easily. We really appreciate how he kept us well informed of what he was doing, the progress he was making, and what we could expect from his actions. Listening to his clear explanations about septic systems was to us like being in a Septic 101 class. We're definitely calling AV Plumbing and Robert for our future septic system services.

The 2 employees, Ernesto and Isidro, were very professional replacing our water heater. They were very knowledgeable and were very willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend Antelope Valley Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing.

Had an instant water heater spring a leak and not only were they authorized to do the repairs, they had access to the parts quickly. It was pretty easy to see what busted, and the Tech (Michael) had it swapped out and working within an hour. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

We needed our main sewer line replaced, unfortunately for us the problem was under the slab. After getting multiple estimates, we decided on Antelope Valley Plumbing and very happy we did. Mike was awesome, he was very informative and professional. Everything went as planned. I highly recommend Antelope Valley Plumbing.

After calling in, they were able to come out within 24hrs and make repairs! This is the second time, for a separate issue, that Joey has come out and efficiently resolved my tenant's damaged faucet. Thanks Antelope Valley Plumbing Inc!
