Our experience with Adam was great. The day we needed emergency help because company was due the next day, he was available and replaced our fixtures for us. He is very polite, respectful, and most important a great plumber. Have used twice and will use again.

And they weren’t about that life! they did not want to go under and do not blame them. But Adam and his team went under my house with no hesitation and fixed the leak under my house. Put new plumbing in my shower and took away all the stress I’ve been having With having to deal with plumbing Issues in my home. I have no words to describe the service rendered by Pacific Plumbing. I called them in the middle of the night and was greeted by a calm voice explained the problem and was told to close the water and the leakage would stop, made the appointment for the next day. Adam was very punctual, courteous and very professional. Looked at the problem and assured me it would done in a couple of hours. The work was done as promised and I added another problem I had with the sprinkler system and it was fixed as well. I am really happy I found a professional who takes the time to explain what and why he is doing certain things. I highly recommend PCP and especially Adam for any plumbing job. Thank you very much!

We’ve had ongoing issues with pipes and water not smelling good + a leak in the master bathroom. Adam was fantastic. He came out within days and diagnosed the issues and was back 3 days later and all is well.

My water heater went dead the Friday night before the Labor Day holiday/weekend. Adam wasn’t pushy, he was prompt, and didn’t try the “bait and switch” techniques in regards to the negotiated price. He came and worked on the same day. He was very polite and his service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. If ever needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Overall, extremely satisfied with his work and we are very happy to have our hot water on again!

Our home started April 2025 with no water one morning, and PC Plumbing had other good/informative reviews. Adam arrived just as scheduled - his work was organized, good quality & efficient. He was personable & friendly without being overly-familiar, answered our questions very helpfully, & wasn't pushy about other services PC Plumbing was skilled to do later or on the current job. Also good troubleshooting skills - our buried water pressure regulator failed, but after that fix & water flow into the house was still mysteriously very low, he puzzled out that the water softener was also having issues, instead of spending more time & money digging up a swath of the front yard. We ended up bypassing that system instead of replacing that section of water pipes for the moment (water softener replacement is on the to-do-in-summer list).
The next morning water flow was back, noticeably better than before, especially upstairs! When a pressure regulator & softener slowly deteriorate for years the effects just become part of daily life.

Pacific Coast did a great job overall! Adam found solutions to some challenges with our 20-year-old shower spa system & he was really thorough in his work. My husband & I found him to be very personable & he has a genuine, honest vibe about him. We highly recommend PCP!
