Frank is a skilled, knowledgeable, and honest man. I asked him for second opinion when a bigger (more corporate company ) told me I had to replace my water heater at a whopping $2800 dollar price tag and he told me it still had some years of life left and didn’t understand why they told me that. I’m a woman. So I’m assuming the corporate plumbing company just tried to take advantage of me. For this reason, I will only ever call Frank. Since I don’t have to swap out my water heater - I’m going to hire him to do other things I need done and save my money!
