Made an appointment on a friday for a monday faucet install,was quoted $100 now it's monday before the plumber gets to my house he calls me and tries to scam me for more money saying it would be $180. Nice try KJI go to hell no thank you.

Worst customer service, Maggie sounds like she doesn’t like her job. Remember every conversation with a customer causes a butterfly effect. I rarely leave bad reviews on companies, but management should see this. Hopefully Maggie improves.

Very unprofessional from start to finish, well actually there was no finish. He came a day late and said he had not done this work in two years and didn't not have the tool with him. His price went $145_$185 depending on parts. Less than ten mins it was up to $450 and he would be back.tomorrow. collected his $85.00 and left. We called a different plumber and it was fixed in twenty mins for $130 complete.

I’ve call 8 different Plummer’s only 1call back saying he would call with a date never heard from him again try Angie’s list call 3 not one call back call koi plumbing got results right away and next day help. The guy told me right away what was wrong and fixed it. When I asked some friends for a name they said they too had a hard time getting help. My son friend said they been using this company for years I can see why if your smart call them I will again

Came out quick after normal hours and performed the snake out quickly, the only bizarre thing is the operator told us the price and the technician tried to increase it by a lot. When we told the technician the price told to us he still tried to negotiate us up. Bizarre

When calling to have someone service our issue the customer service was terrible. She made me feel like I was wasting her time when I was trying to get someone to help. A service man came to inspect our issue. He inspected and told my father what would need to be done to update the valve. Said he would call back with an estimate. It has been two days and have not received estimate. We were referred by a family friend saying their work was top notch however, our initial experience was not impressive. We will keep looking around for another quote to update our plumbing.

KJI was contracted to do rough in plumbing on our home addition and not only failed to complete, but also did a terrible job with what work they did attempt. Everything they “completed” had to be removed and/or repaired. After all of this they had the audacity to try and collect payment for the job as if they had completed the entire scope. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these scam artist. As mentioned by other reviews in addition to bad attitudes they also do terrible work.

I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom into my garage.
They were there the next morning and fixed it within a couple of hours. He was in and out and I haven't had an issue since. He also gave me advice on where to go from there because of the possibility of mold and other issues.

You're not going to find a better plumbing outfit in the AV, particularly for commercial work. We got proposals from several, but picked KJI and that turned out to be a very good decision.

We've had them do several jobs since the first big job we had them do. We've had them put in new drains/drain lines under a slab and some high pressure gas lines, as well as more basic sort of stuff like extending gas lines etc.

They're knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and straightforward to deal with. They do good work and stand behind it. We'd recommend KJI for any commercial or residential plumbing needs. UPDATE ***That was 3 years ago and we still love these guys - the best!!!***

I would recommend KJI Plumbing to any AV resident that has a plumbing need. This company is incredibly professional. They will go above and beyond to help with your plumbing needs. Our plumber, Chris, made sure he understood what we needed done and then proceeded to quickly fix not one, but two leaks, at a very reasonable price!

I recently used KJI Plumbing to clean out a main drain line at our property in Palmdale. They were awesome! They answered their phone, came to my property within 2 hours, took care of the issue right on the spot, and charged me a fair price. Also, they were great communicators along the way. I definitely recommend KJI Plumbing to others.

I found a charge of nearly $2,000 from this company on my card despite never using their services and never authorizing any transaction with them. I am a renter and have had no business relationship with this company whatsoever.

I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank. I strongly urge others to monitor their statements carefully and question any unexpected charges immediately.
