We had a very disappointing experience with this pool service company. The initial installation was extremely expensive, yet they never properly explained what equipment they installed, how the system worked, or what maintenance was required. It felt like they just wanted to finish the job and move on. Looking back, the equipment they recommended was clearly not the best solution for our pool and situation. Instead of designing a reliable long-term setup, they installed something that failed in less than two years — and now we’re expected to spend even more money replacing it. What’s especially frustrating is the warranty. They only provided a 1-year warranty, while other pool companies we’ve since spoken with commonly offer 5-year warranties for similar equipment. For such an expensive installation, a one-year warranty already feels inadequate, and the fact that the system failed before even reaching two years makes it even worse. Overall, the experience lacked transparency, proper guidance, and long-term accountability. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes and carefully comparing warranties before choosing this company.

Ismael has also taken on a large-scale and phased renewal of most of our pool equipment, including upgrading to a high-efficiency variable speed pump, changing out our almost-20 year old controller with a new Pentair Intellitouch and more. Ismael's work is top-notch, he is very thorough with his work. Ismael is also super-responsive in case of issues, and can usually turn around support in 24-48 hours if needed. I highly recommend using Supreme for your ongoing and one-off pool & spa needs. I have also found Ismael's pricing to be fair, particularly given the quality of his work.
