timely, responsible, authentic, excellent professional, friendly, and effective. These are all terms I would use to describe the excellent service I received today from this company. Fixed my issue advised me about future things was honest treated me like a human and not like a gig.
I done my best to try to solve the problem myself, but that was only because other companies were trying to charge four times the amount of what the job actually would be. Gratefully paid this company and tipped for their kindness and professional. This is the only Plumbing company I will call in the future so many of them are trying to scam you because they think you don’t know. this company did not take advantage and was an incredible asset. Thank you so much now I have hot water again for our newborn daughter. Thank you.

Called about my tankless water heater. Luis worked with me and informed me of my choices. The day of the project, Luis had everything prepared. Along with his brother, they knocked it out. The new tankless along with the pipes and exhaust looks fantastic. Cleaned and professional. Happy to have met Ser Plumbing.

I recently needed plumbing services and I was very pleased with my experience. Luis was able to identify the problem, so determined to solve it, so prepared, very professional.

I would recommend these guys without any hesitation. The gas company shut off our gas because there was a leak in the line from the meter to the house. They came out in one day and fixed it at the most reasonable price I've ever seen from a plumber. They even put the sod back so it looked like nothing was done.

I have used SER Plumbing twice and have been very satisfied. My first experience was a water heater replacement. I sent Luis photos and he gave me a quote. The quote was inline with others that I had gotten but he seemed the most upfront with me when we talked on the phone. He showed up with his brother and did a nice clean installation. The second time was to repair a damaged water supply line and a shutoff valve. I left a message in the evening and was called first thing in the morning. Luis was able to send his son and brother out that afternoon and they took of everything. I like to support a good family owned business that I can trust.

I would like to thank Luis for his excellent care and quality service he provided me with on repairs needed for my water heater. He was thorough, yet quick with my service as it was a Saturday evening and he was sure to help me with this emergency repair and also by answering any questions I had. I appreciate Luis for being patient with me and answering any questions I had. I contacted quite a few plumbers to get quotes and he was the sure choice to help me with my service. Luis and his crew are truly the BEST! I hardly ever post reviews but felt the need this time! I’ve had the opportunity to use Ser Plumbing Inc multiple times and has been very please with the service. Each time work was clearly explained, reasonably priced, and quality work. This family owner business is very friendly with professional attitude. Due to some very old pipes our next job with them is to re-pipe the entire house. There estimate was about 40% less than another plumber who was trying to take advantage of us.

Luis did a fantastic job on replacing our restroom toilet. He went above & beyond. He was on time , precise and did an overall great job. I highly recommend his service’s!

Luis is a very nice man. He listens to your concerns and give you the best service for what's needed at a reasonable price. I requested the cleaning of the drain in my laundry room. Luis attempted to clear the drain only to find out that there was a crack in the pipe. I was devastated. Luis qouted me a price that was very reasonable. He updated some items and had my laundry room looking like it had been remodeled. The clean up was amazing. You couldn't even tell that a portion of my wall had been removed. Luis and crew were very polite and professional. I will refer him to anyone I lnow needing an experienced and professional plumber.

Called last minute when the bath tub hot water valve fell apart. Was clean fast and thorough replacinf both the hot and cold valve since it wasnt far behind and warning about overtightening causing a failure.
