After two years of waiting, I'm impressed by their organization and appreciate that they're finally completing the job. Thanks to everyone for getting things done.

Every call I make feels like talking to someone who doesn't care or know what they're doing. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was sent to Karen, who seems clueless. The constant ringing is frustrating because no one answers or transfers me. It's sad that customers are treated this way; it's clear they lack the work ethic needed for a customer-facing role. I recently had a concerning experience with one of your service providers, who drove recklessly in front of me. This morning, he nearly collided with my vehicle three times while passing on the right. He failed to check his blind spots and entered my lane without looking, forcing me to swerve and honk my horn. After correcting himself by swerving back into his own lane, he then crossed over into mine again, putting both our vehicles at risk.

To make matters worse, instead of reverting to his original lane, he decided to cut across the center line, speeding down the middle of both lanes in an attempt to pass the slower driver. The road was narrow, and we were both driving defensively by staying in our respective medians, but his actions still posed a significant threat. I managed to capture this photo at the next stoplight as evidence, which unfortunately illustrates the extent of his reckless behavior.

I've been stuck in limbo for almost 6 months after completing the initial eligibility process, only to find out that this company doesn't venture far from their base to take on jobs in the Central Valley. The waiting game is excruciating - weeks go by before someone shows up to inspect my property, and even then, I'm left in the dark until I have to follow up with a call every week to get an update. The SCE supervisor's review process has been dragging its feet as well, leaving me wondering if anyone will actually submit my project for approval. Needless to say, I'd choose another vendor in a heartbeat.

This company is completely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs, especially when working with Southern California Edison. I was initially approved for a free HVAC system, but the installation process was a disaster from the start. The workers seemed completely disinterested in doing any work that day, just standing around outside like they didn't want to bother.

The inspection had shown that my attic size and layout were suitable for the new system, but when it arrived, the installers claimed that there were structural issues that prevented them from replacing the coil for my AC unit. It's baffling that another homeowner on the same street received their replacement coil without issue, especially since our attic sizes are identical.

The company also failed to replace my swamp cooler as promised, citing that they couldn't determine if it would fit in the attic due to a "open" ticket. However, I've seen the same swamp cooler installed by Edison over 10 years ago, so it's clear they're not being honest about their capabilities.

What's even more egregious is that this company is full of lies and excuses. I've been told by multiple people that they're extremely lazy and get paid regardless of whether they actually do any work or not. They also consistently fail to return calls as promised or answer them at all.

To make matters worse, I've learned that this company has been involved in the SCE MFES program, which is a blatant scam. It's clear that they don't care about their customers and will stop at nothing to take advantage of them. Avoid this company at all costs, especially when working with Edison.

I'm extremely grateful for Reliable Energy's assistance. My AC stopped working last night, leaving me sweltering. Thankfully, they sent a technician within hours, even on a Saturday. Mike was exceptional - punctual, efficient, and explained everything in simple terms. He fixed my issue in under 30 minutes. What impressed me most was their willingness to help with maintenance, saving me the hassle of keeping track myself. This level of service is invaluable. I highly recommend Reliable Energy without reservation.

Given the previous experience, I've called in a bunch of times, but she's always available or calls me back with updates or answers. She's kind, welcoming, and a total opposite to the other company. Until I get my order installed, just wanted to thank you for your professionalism and help in getting things sorted out.
