I called This company this past Saturday in a sheer panic. I was greeted with the kind N soothing voice of Katherine. She patiently walked me through their entire process. This was Especially helpful as there was a plumbing problem and I wasn't home. This was on a Saturday afternoon abt 2:30 pm. I had made previous calls for help But Chavez Plumbing was Available N gave my issue immediate attention and was at the property within 45 minutes of my initial call. The technician was Gabriel. He was very kind, thorough and also utilized a camera to ensure the stoppage areas were addressed.
Chavez Plumbing is Available on the weekends when many other companies are not. And they offer a discount for us Seniors; that's an added bonus.

Recently my father bought a house in Long Beach. Unbeknownst to us, the house had multiple plumbing issues. Firstly, we had a broken pipe and water would seep from the ground. We called around and got the best price and availability from Chavez Plumbing. They were able to come several hours later, they detected where the leakage was and fixed it. Secondly, we didn’t have running water to our garage for our washer. We were able to schedule them to come the following day to get it running. Thirdly, we couldn’t get covered by reliable insurances without a water leak detector. Ofc, we called Chavez Plumbing and he gave us a very reasonable price. We knew we could trust them. Fourthly, our toilets would not flush well. You’d have to remove the top cover and manually flush it. While Chavez Plumbing’s technicians were here to fix that, we mentioned to them how our showers would only dispense burning hot water and rarely cold water. Chavez plumbing determined that was not normal and we may have another issue. That same day they fixed our toilets’ and showers’ issues. If you’re looking for friendly and reliable service, look no further. I highly recommend them. They work efficiently and quickly to get things resolved. Great communication all throughout. We had a leak in one of our showers so we had to call Chavez Plumbing. They sent out Gabriel and he was the best. He explained what the issue was, explained how he was going to fix it, and what needed to be replaced. Such a welcoming/friendly attitude and great personality. Fixed the issue and got the job done in no time. Highly recommend!!

Water heater went out right before Christmas Eve! This company did an exceptional job very fast responded to me and were at my house within an hour of my call at 7 AM in the morning. I had a leaky shower head for a long time, maybe for over a year and I finally decided to repair it. Eli from The Chavez Plumbing was very honest and very knowledgeable about all the bathroom fixtures and leaks. I ended up replacing all my old bathroom sink faucets (5 ), a kitchen faucet, an outdoor garden faucet, and the leaky shower head. They came on the same day I called for the evaluation and the next day everything was done. I highly recommend this company and Eli and his helper for any plumbing involved repairs. Thank you Eli! Katherine was so kind and understanding she sent a technician to my home and he was so polite and kind. They gave me a quote and I told them I have to gather money from my kids to have this done. They understood and told me if I would like it done to call. Well I called and again Katherine was so understanding I told her that I'd like to have them come back and hook up my new stove. They needed to replace the old valve with a new one. That same day on a Saturday they came back and connected my new stove . I have t had a stove working since November one week before Thanksgiving. I was using a campers stove and that was hard. So Chavez Plumbing is the best they are all so kind and helpful especially the technicians. Thank you all again. I'm a happy camper with my new stove .

I had a busted pipe in front of my home. Katherine, sent help right away, Eli was there in 30 minutes. He digged and replaced the pipe. I was very pleased with the work. I was out of town and my mom was home but is elderly. Katherine worked with me and called me every step of the way and sent pictures and Eli cleaned up and left everything like if nothing had happened, nice clean up and great work. Thank you!!!
