Sewer Tap and Plumbing was incredible. Our water heater went out and we had no hot water which was really stressful. They responded quickly and had everything handled so fast. By the very next day we had hot water again.

They were extremely knowledgeable professional and easy to work with. They explained what was going on and made the whole process smooth. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

We chose this company because of all their good Google and Yelp reviews, but now I have to imagine they aren't real, because from our experience, the folks from the company are dishonest and unable to complete the jobs they say they will. After arriving, they tried to act like we had a catastrophic plumbing problem on our hands when we had called them for a maintenance project. They put the pressure on that we needed to act immediately and pay them thousands of dollars to resolve the problem. They tried to use every scare tactic in the books.

It didn't pass the smell test, so we had a different plumber come the very next day, who completed the maintenance job with the appropriate equipment that Chavez apparently didn't have, and while there was some truth to the need for additional repairs, the need wasn't immediate or catastrophic. They were just trying to scare us into spending a ton more money with them by creating a sense of false urgency. The new plumber showed us evidence that some of the things the folks from Chavez were saying were obviously false and only meant to scare us. Their pressure tactics have led to them losing our trust and business.

We are choosing not to engage with your company anymore because of how poorly it went before, which does not make this a false review. My account has a high Google reviewer status, so that helps show this is real.

Robert charged $300 to install 2 hoses that cost $20 and takes 10 minutes to install. Don’t recommend, they will overcharge you. Stay away. Taking advantage of Disabled War Veterans, just sad.

Jesus Chavez scheduled me in at the last minute. He was prepared, came on time, and got the job done. Very professional and affordable. I had a leak in between my walls and Jesus found the leak and repaired the pipe quickly. Thank you Chavez Plumbing ! Speedy and great service. I recommend to everyone.

My shower was having trouble draining water if the water ran a bit too long. Knowing the issue was progressively getting worse, I decided to reach out to plumbing companies. Chavez Plumbing and Rooter was fast to respond to my message and sent technician Eli out within the hour. Eli was very friendly and knows what he's talking about. After explaining my issue, Eli already knew, based on the large tree along the main pipeline in my yard, that my problem was likely roots. Remaining optimistic that snaking or, at most, hydrojetting, would be needed, he ran his camera through the pipe only to discover terribly severe damage caused by the tree roots. He showed me the video monitor so I could see for myself the 25ft of broken, cracked, sinking pipe that was being held together by snarls of roots. Eli offered to proceed just with hydrojetting but recommended the pipe be replaced instead to ensure the problem is fixed. He was transparent about what the process would be, the length of time it would take and the cost and I didn't feel at all pressured or like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. He even offered for me to think it over and he would come back out in a few days. However, I knew the pipe had to be replaced so I agreed to the replacement and Eli called out his crew. They replaced the 25ft of pipe the same day and I was only unable to run the water or use the drains for about 2 hours while they worked. Eli called me out from time to time to give me updates on their progress and to show me big broken pieces of my old pipe, as well as what they had replaced. I really felt like Eli wanted me to feel comfortable with the entire process. Before filling the trench back in with dirt, Eli showed me the length of the new pipe and that they even replaced the clean out, free of charge, to ensure the roots don't stand a chance of breaking back in. I'm so appreciative of Eli and his crew. I feel like I got fantastic, professional service and at a great price. They are my go-to plumbers from now on and I will recommend them to everyone

I needed a plumber to unclog my bathtub. I called a plumber and after 4 hours of waiting I canceled the appointment. I called Chavez Plumbing on a Saturday. and within an hour of my call Gabriel was at my door. He was fast, efficient and informative. What I appreciated the most is that he cleaned up after himself. First time that the plumber didn’t just leave me the hair that clogged the bathtub in my trash and wiped my tub.!Excellent service and I’ll recommend them to all my friends and family.

Gabriel and his team were at my house when he said he would be there. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had 1 part of the problem fixed quickly.
We still need another thing done but his supplier was closed for the day. Tomorrow he will be able to give me a quote.

We bought a new house this year with galvanized pipes that were all original. Gabriel and his team did an entire re-pipe throughout our house with Pex. They do exceptional work and are very professional and communicative through the whole process.

When you have a plumber give you a reasonable quote and show up on time, you win my business. Gabriel came early within the time slot given to us when we called. He quickly gave us an estimate and was able to get the job done and install a faucet in no time. Super happy with how professional Gabriel was. Glad to have found a plumber for future needs as well.

Gave them a call Saturday morning with a clogged shower. Spoke with Maggie and she had someone come out within an hour! My tech Jesus was in and out within 45mins! Overall awesome business. Communication was great price was half I got quoted from elsewhere and they gave me 30day warranty!! Thank you will definitely be using you all again.
