Working with TeamUp has been an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. From our very first conversation, their professionalism, transparency, and dedication to excellence were clear. The entire crew is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible results.

Throughout the project, TeamUp kept us updated every step of the way, met every deadline, and maintained complete honesty about costs and timelines. Their craftsmanship is truly impressive
every detail was completed with precision, and the quality far exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was their reliability; we always felt confident knowing our project was in the best hands.

If you are looking for a construction company that blends expertise, integrity, and outstanding customer service, TeamUp is the one to choose. We are beyond happy with the outcome and will confidently recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy and talented team.

Teamup Construction did a great job building our ADU. Michael was our main contact, and he was very helpful from start to finish. He always answered our questions and kept us updated throughout the project.

The work was done well, and the crew was very professional and on time. They made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. We’re really happy with how everything turned out.

If you are thinking about building an ADU, I definitely recommend Teamup Construction. Michael and the team were great!

The renovation on my older home needed someone who understood both plan and character. They balanced the remodel with the original style in a thoughtful way. It feels like a whole new space without losing what made it special.

The whole house renovation went better than we ever imagined. The remodel contractor made planning easy and guided us through each decision. The finished project feels high-end but still totally livable.

We went with them for a custom home remodeling project and the results were impressive. The remodel contractor helped us plan the layout so the design made sense for how we live. Their builders were reliable and clearly knew what they were doing....

Teamup Construction replaced our old roof with a modern cool roof system, and the difference is incredible. Not only does our home stay cooler during the summer, but our electricity bill has noticeably dropped. Jackie was clear in explaining the options, and Michael made sure the crew stayed on schedule. Every day the site was left clean, and Christel kept us updated with quick responses. This is a team that combines professionalism with genuine care for their clients.

My home addition looked complicated but they made it feel simple. The remodel contractor helped us visualize the design and kept the renovation organized. I can see the long term value in every part of the project.

We had a long hallway running through the middle of the home. It wasted so much space. Teamup Construction, led by Jackie, changed the entire flow by reworking and rotating the layout and centering everything around a large open living area. The biggest win was turning a dead corner into a built-in reading space with storage under the bench. Their eye for simple, functional design really made the place feel complete.

We needed to fix a leak, but ended up going all-in on a remodel. Michael helped us rethink the space without changing the size. They removed a load-bearing post, replaced all tile, and installed better lighting. We also added a wall cabinet for storage. It came out clean and balanced. Michael kept it simple and didn’t overcomplicate the process. Definitely glad we got it done.

Thanks to them, our one-story home now has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. They began by evaluating the foundation and adding support columns to hold the added load. The builders framed out the second level, built a staircase into the old hallway, and perfectly matched the exterior finish. Everything was well done, from electrical upgrades to roofing tie-ins. We needed permits, and they managed that too. The extra space has completely changed how we use our home. They planned it well and built it better. We’re grateful for the level of attention and quality.

We purchased a rental home in Pasadena in October and had to get most of the interior rebuilt. From the picture you can see why. We were glad to find this local team to get started in November with a terrific kitchen remodel. Literally everything had to be redone, and we just gutted it and let them go to work. They installed new walls, made sure the electrical was up to code, helped us make sensible choices for the investment, kept everything practical, yet modern and attractive for our future renters, even pointed out things I did not realize needed to be handled differently, and made this kitchen project perfect for our budget and a great investment. They were able to handle it all, so much less stress for me, and we will be using them for the bathroom remodel starting next week. Grateful to have found someone who could do the work quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the quality of work and the outcome.

These guys saved me time and money on my bathroom remodel. It's a night and day difference compared to what it used to look like. The left it cleaner than when they showed up. I highly recommend!

A truck backed into the corner of my brand new home so I contacted modern builder for stucco repair and they did not let me down. They did an impeccable job

A huge thank you to Modern Builders! We cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of their work. Nelson was absolutely fantastic and an artist at resurfacing our stucco. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job.
We had the unfortunate experience of having to put the project on hold for a week in the middle due to weather and Nelson took the time to take up all of the protective tarps from the ground and all the construction bits to ensure that our dog would be able to happily and safely utilize the yard during the break. That is care!
And what a transformation! It’s like a new home. Our house went from an unattractive green popcorn finish to a beautiful smooth coconut finish. Thank you to Nelson, Brian, Isai and the whole Modern Builders team.

I couldn’t be happier with Bryan‘s communication and project execution. Modern builders brought the exterior of my home back to life with stucco repairs and a fresh coat of paint! Thank you modern builders! 🙌🏽

Bryan did a fantastic job on our stucco project in Los Feliz! The work was super clean, and the finish came out great. He and his team were professional, reliable, and even handled the painting—making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

They provided a general scope of two roof inspections for my company collaborating on projects. Timely, efficient, and communication was great the entire time. Thank you!

Excellent job, incredible responsive. We had some areas in our office that experienced some water damage. They moved quickly to demo the area and repair everything to look like new.

I had a fantastic experience with Modern Builders. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Bryan was especially great to work with very approachable, responsive, and made sure everything stayed on track. He explained things clearly and was always available to answer any questions I had.

New stucco to my house, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and the crew was efficient, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend Modern Builders if you're looking for reliable, skilled professionals.

Honestly couldn’t have went with a better contractor. Bryan and his team were amazing. They did our roof in July, and they are now doing the stucco and paint on our home in Burbank. My wife and I are extremely happy with everything. Would definitely recommend.
