Constraction reviews in Pasadena, California

I worked with Bryan and his team came out quickly, and did a great job repairing some car damage to our building. I would recommend them to anyone needing stucco work.

Found them on Yelp (“Roofing Company in Pasadena”) and they had very prompt fast service, was the most competitive quote I got, and installed our new skylight in record time. They also offer a two year warranty in case of leaks. Highly recommended.

Brian and his team are very professional. I got a awesome quote and within a few days the job was scheduled to be completed. Work was performed in excellent fashion, I highly recommend Modern Builders.

We needed some stucco repair on the side of our house. The estimate came through quick and within days the full job was done! Gio was thorough in his walk thru and the job looks great!

The stucco work that was done was excellent. We were very impressed how much it matched the existing. Working with this business was very easy and they communicated well. We would definitely use them again for our future stucco needs.

We hired Modern Builders to upgrade our garage into a bedroom/office. They removed our old drywall, adjusted our framing to add a pocket door, helped adjust electrical, added insulation, new drywall and painted. They really did a great job, we’re very happy with our updated space! Bryan was great on communication, and had his crew showing up when scheduled, and those guys were very accommodating while I was able to talk through small adjustments throughout the process. Pricing was fair and transparent from the start. Overall, we’re super happy and we highly recommend using Modern builders for your next project!

Bryan, the boss of Modern Builders, is young, energetic, hard-working and sincere. The first time when he visited our home and discussed everything about our re-roofing need, I was quite sure I would hire him to do the job, and finally I did after comparing with 3 other companies. Today, the project is finally completed. Even though it took longer than originally told, but it was not 100% their fault. Simply put, I am very satisfied with the job they have done. Bryan is always there for you so you can ask any questions by emails, by texts or phones. While the foreman, Javier, impressed me very much as well. He always carefully listened to whatever questions that I have, big or small, and jumped into action right away to solve the problems, even with extra miles. All his crew members are polite and nice, too. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I would re-connect with Bryan for any of my next requirement, for sure. Thank you, Modern Builders, for everything you did. I enjoyed my experience with all of you guys. By the way, they gave me a bouquet today to express their thanks for the business. That's so nice of them !

I had Modern Builders do the stucco on my house, and Bryan and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the start, Bryan was clear, professional, and easy to work with, and his crew delivered top-notch work all the way through.

The stucco finish looks flawless—smooth, consistent, and with a clean, modern look that totally transformed the exterior of my home. You can really tell these guys take pride in their craft because every detail came out perfect.

What impressed me most was how efficient and organized they were. They showed up on time, kept everything tidy, and made the whole process stress-free. Bryan made sure I understood each step, and the end result speaks for itself.

If you’re thinking about getting stucco work done, I can’t recommend Modern Builders enough. Bryan and his crew did a killer job, and I’m beyond happy with how my house turned out.

Excellent work on the stucco repair, wall insulation, wood repair, and exterior paint. Despite delays due to the weather, Enrique from Modern Builders, sent the best for each job as they were consistently on time and the quality of their work is outstanding.

We used Stucco Pro Contractor on a couple of our projects. It’s hard to find great companies nowadays that are puntual, communicative, and responsible. We highly recommend them!

Best roofing contractor in Southern CA. Got our new roof done in a few weeks at a very reasonable price! These guys are professional, fast and reliable! Very nice too. Will refer to anyone we know.

Exceptional work. A different company had done a completely sham job on our house, and it was devastating. Stucco Contractor Pro not only fixed it, but did an incredible job that we're so happy with. They were professional and kind, too. Highly recommend.

I give Modern Builder's a five star review. They showed up on time, were respectful of my animals, very careful with my belongings, cleaned up each day before they left and completed the project on time. But any one can do a good job, and they did an excellent job as you can see with the before and after pictures, what I liked was how personable and knowledgeable they were and checked to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Modern Builder's for your next project.
