We set up a meeting last week for a consultation to be done today. They didn't even show up and don't answer the phone! Very disappointing. Not reliable and will not be using.

*** PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS A SINGLE BRANCH RATING DON'T GET IT CONFUSED WITH MY RATING OF THE "PARENT COMPANY" ITSELF THE "BRAND" :: I have been a Franchise Business Owner with Coverall / LA branch for a very short time...I recognize & appreciate the leadership qualities and efforts & actual care - often times going above and beyond, of : Assistant GM & Training Coordinator Lex G. & his great support team of Field Representatives (Jenny - Cindra & Office Manager Noemi B.) My financial investment has overall been a good choice, being a Business Owner is always a good thing not always easy but good ! Because of the team that I for mentioned at this particular branch I've been able to "weather a few storms", as a Coverall FBO.
Cindra & Jenny still provide me with new potential account opportunities that for the most part meet my "special needs" which : 1)coincide with my schedule 2) as a "Solopreneur" w/ a limited crew, what I'm able to realistically & physically facilitate; ALTHOUGH my "new account contract" has already been met; I am offered new accounts consistently. Lex G. is always reaching out to me with ongoing training available. The small team at this branch are small but mighty.
