The technician knows condo venting like the back of his hand. He not only cleaned my part, but also made sure the connections were tight so that lint from neighboring units wouldn't be a problem. Will definitely recommend them!

I expected to pay for a cleaning and vent cap replacement, yet the technician looked at my outside hood first and told me that the cap was okay and needed just a little repositioning - not replacement. He did the cleaning of the vent as expected, showed me the massive pile of lint that he took out, and charged me the exact price quoted. No pressure, no upselling. Just integrity and great cleaning. I will use this company again because they were honest - something you don't find often with companies that like to sneak in service fees.

Before the cleaning, the whole place feel like a sauna when the dryer was on which meant all that hot air was just staying in my laundry room - obviously not good. Dryer Duct Buddies completely removed the path of the venting.

My machine is cooler, the room is at an average temperature and hot air is obviously exhausting where it needs to go. Not only is this a comfort thing, but a phenomenal fire hazard difference. The workers were amazing and everything came out beautiful.

We're in the Bungalow Heaven landmark district and so our 1920s home has the original, rigid metal ducting that extends almost 30 feet to the outer wall and I thought it would be impossible for anyone to clean it without ripping out dry walls. Dryer Duct Buddies came highly recommended and the man who performed the dryer vent cleaning was phenomenal.

He came with specific flexible rods and a scope camera for these older systems with more nuance. He had a ton of dry, packed lint that he removed, which is terrible in terms of fire prevention, especially in California, and ultimately, he noted how the dry heat of Pasadena was melting the lint together inside my pipe.

After having this deep dryer vent cleaning done, my clothes dry faster than ever and I no longer worry about my historical home catching on fire from a lint buildup in up vent. Highly specialized.

There’s a lot to like about Dryer Duct Buddies in Pasadena, but I’ll mention just a few. First, they took the time to explain everything to me. It was my first time having anyone work on my dryer vents, so I felt better after their explanation. The workers were very neat with their tools while doing the vent cleaning. My laundry room looks clean. I’ll tell my neighbors about you guys!

There was a huge puddle of water under my machine after every load. I thought the pipes were leaking and I was very upset. A friend told me the steam was getting stuck.
