Jackie and Cathy did an amazing job on my home today. They were on time, very kind, fast working and very efficient. These two will hopefully be my go-to ladies with Kleen.

Jackie and Angela did an outstanding job, cleaning with such care and precision. Their attention to detail was evident in every corner, and they were both kind and attentive throughout the process. It was clear they took the time to notice where deep cleaning was truly needed, leaving everything spotless and refreshed.

Great service. Team 23 did a fantastic job! The house is spotless. Will call them again!

Team #14 went above and beyond in my first time clean with them today! I've used another service in the past and Kleen surpassed them by far on ease of communication, punctuality, professionalism, and my apartment has never looked better. Thanks, Gaby!

Team was very kind and completed my apartment much faster than other cleaning teams. I wouldn’t count it as a deep clean because they did not mop as thoroughly as I would’ve hoped or clean every single baseboard. I noticed there was dust underneath my extension cord next to my couch. The base of my toilet was also still dusty.
I would call this a great surface clean.

Team 23 did an excellent job with a moderately deep clean of my home. The team was efficient, detail-oriented, and pleasant to work with, and both Kleen's management and the team members were very communicative. I would strongly recommend Kleen if you need assistance with house cleaning.

Deep cleaning-

Gabby and Gabby Team #14 came to do a deep cleaning on our kitchen and bathrooms. They were prompt on their arrival and got to work right away. They did a very good job in cleaning those areas as well as dusting other parts of the home. The job was finished under three hours. Would recommend!

Team 18 did a great job!! Quick, efficient and very neat. The house looked great when they finished. I definitely recommend them anytime to anyone!!

Communication was exceptional. Team #23 showed up on time, very friendly, understanding of my inability to speak Spanish very well (Thank you for that!) The house is VERY clean, smells 1000% better. Team #23 and Kleen did a fantastic job!!

I had a fantastic experience with team 20 (Mayda and her companion)! They were incredibly kind and did a great deep clean in places that past cleaners have neglected, like floor moldings and in between spaces. Super satisfied and will be using them again!

The ladies did a great job in a timely fashion, and were very friendly. When I mentioned my bird had just passed away and it was emotional for me to clean my patio, Ruth dropped her things and gave me a hug. It made me feel like a friend, not just a client.

Team 12 (Teresa and Solita - I may have misspelled her name) was incredible. They were perfectly on time and very detailed and thorough - my apartment is sparking. They were also both very kind and friendly. Would absolutely recommend!!!

I hired Kleen for a much needed deep clean of my apartment and I’m very happy with the outcome! Patty and Rena did an amazing job, and worked some kind of magic on hard water stains that I didn’t think could ever be touched. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Warning to future customers: I booked a deep clean with this company, including a patio add-on, for a 1,000 sq ft apartment for $240. Midway through the service, I was contacted and informed that an additional $90 would be required for another hour because the allotted 2.5 hours was insufficient to complete the job.

Upon arrival, multiple agreed-upon areas were not completed, including the inside of the oven, microwave, refrigerator, living room, and patio. At no point prior to booking was I informed that the entire service—including add-on services—was capped at a total of 2.5 hours. Had this limitation been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the booking.

Expecting two cleaners to complete a deep clean plus add-on services within this timeframe is unreasonable. The mid-service request for additional payment, combined with incomplete services, resulted in a failure to provide the services as represented at the time of booking.

The cleaning staff were professional and courteous, and this review is directed solely at the company’s policies and practices. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company or book again.

Team 7 -Alexandra and Maria are the best! They work very hard and leave our home absolutely spotless! Everything is gleaming and polished. They do a terrific job! We will ask for them again! Thank you Team 7!

Jaque and patty were the BEST maids I’ve ever had!!!! There attention to detail in a timely manner was UNMATCHED!!!

All was done well. I only wish on the deep clean for the bathroom that the ceiling and corners of ceiling were cleaned better; other than that, all is well done Thank you.

My home always looks so wonderful after the Kleen team takes care of it. The team takes pride in their work and are so pleasant. They greeted me at the door wearing big smiles and Santa hats as they sang Feliz Navidad - such positive energy entering my home! I highly recommend!

I hired Kleen services for a move out clean of my 4 bedroom 3600 sq foot home and they did an excellent job. The team went above and beyond and cleaned everything down to baseboards and air vents. I would highly recommend them and will hire them again. Kleen was also professional with the set up and easy to communicate with for logistics.

This is my third time using Kleen's Services, this time it was for a deep, clean after move out from a rental. Veronica and Celeste did an amazing job making the place look near brand new again! These ladies are so kind and so hard-working, so grateful for them and the job that they do. Also would like to note how great the communication is with the home office, and how easy it is to book and rebook with them. Thanks again!

Maru and her team always do an incredible job cleaning our home. They are very thorough and detail oriented. They are also incredibly lovely and kind. I’m very thankful for their service.
