They're pricey and painfully slow. Unskilled techs waste time with rates that are outrageous, especially for a job that shouldn't take more than an hour. Overpriced parts too. Won't be recommending this outfit to anyone.

Didn't get a response after multiple attempts to contact them through their website. Didn't return my phone calls, despite being conveniently close by. Had to settle for a subpar AC service provider just around the corner, leaving me with a disappointing experience.

This company finally got it right - they're honest, reliable, and motivated. They showed up on time and were professional throughout the appointment. The technician, Sevag, was top-notch, scaling the roof to diagnose and repair the issue efficiently. Pricing was fair, no surprises. Overall, a great experience that exceeded my expectations.
