I'm a new regular client: fast response, super customer service - fair and honest -- they spotted a code non-compliance issue with my new ADU's "undertrim" and corrected it along with identifying the source of my leak - and even though it took a couple of visits to truly get to the bottom of my problem, they kept me informed and didn't "add on" any price hike for having to go the "extra distance" for me. I went to Home Depot and bought the new kitchen faucet, which ended up being the problem, but they came back and did the faucet installation without delay, and without adjusting the price, for which I am eternally grateful! Honest and detailed plumbers - these guys are keepers!

No longer a customer. Upcharges $100 for one part when the trip to retrieve said part took 20 minutes altogether. I was met with extreme backlash and aggressive defensiveness by the owner for voicing my concern as a loyal paying customer. Unprofessional and shady communication / behavior as my original questions regarding the work were not even acknowledged before sending someone over.

Due to intense escalation on his part, he spitefully said he would refund "every single cent" which I did not ask for, but he did refund me, albeit not fully as he had declared. I've never disputed the quality of the work or even the pricing, as I'm not a cheapskate by any means, but because I was treated like I'm a Karen when I've only ever supported this business for years, it's worth warning others about. I recommend looking for a someone who is legitimately kind and professional, not someone who will take his personal frustrations out on you.

The team is very knowledgeable, reliable and courteous. They get the work done in a timely manner and are reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

I’m so glad that VHM came today. I had an old leaky sprinkler system with a frozen valve below grade. They raised the shutoff valve above ground and did good clean work. I’m totally calling them again if I have other plumbing issues!!

Highly Satisfied! My toilet was leaking water from it’s base! They came in diagnosed and fixed the problem! The problem was small, the solution to fix it was minimal and there was no pressure to do more than what was needed! It felt like I called my brothers to come and fix a problem!
