Ignacio was such a great help. He was super respectful to me and my grandma as he checked out a plumbing issue in her home. Not only was he respectful but honest about the whole situation. In the future if we encounter more problems I would definitely call Roto Rooter again and I would hope that I get Ignacio again.

Caramel was very pleasant to work with informative and upfront with all cost no surprises at the end of the project. He did an excellent work.

Noah believes in service. He was prompt and polite and did not try to "upsale" services or products. The charges were reasonable for the task at hand. They even included free camera inspection.

Excellent service done efficiently. I was stuck on a Sunday afternoon with no water after trying to fix the problem myself unsuccessfully. Repairman showed up assessed the situation by trying various approaches and explaining clearly what he was doing. Once the best course of action was determined the repairman fixed it quickly and I was satisfied having running water and no leaks. The manner in which the job was fixed saved me a lot of money compared to a different approach.

They were very nice, polite and clean. Mindful to keep noise down while I worked in another room. They did an excellent job, were fast and took care of little extras. 20/10 will recommend.

Ignacio's knowledge about our older home (with original piping) was perfect for the job. He took the time needed to check before and during his work, and made sure to double-check. He used his expertise to problem solve. When he stated that the plumbing looked like it had returned to working order, I found it easy to believe that he had done everything possible to repair the drain.

I called Roto Rooter after experiencing water leaking out from both bathroom toilets. A previous plumbing problem required my insurance to call to have a water abatement team come to my residence, and later a construction company to reassemble the plumbing. The construction company failed to properly assemble the toilets and water came out of both bathrooms. John and Rogelio from Roto Rooter did an excellent job helping to ensure all the plumbing was clear from any clogs and re-assembled both toilets correctly to ensure no further incidents occur. Both John and Rogelio were very nice throughout the process. They both explained options and the process the work they would be doing in an easy to understand manner. I appreciate their work to help ensure my home would be serviced properly and avoid any future incidents.

John , the technician that came to the house was fantastic. Very clean and careful. He replaced a broken toilet and with the appointment comes a complimentary camera session to check the pipes. Great service!
