The 2 gentleman who arrived were great. They let me know what they were doing along the way. I had stoppage and they fixed everything in under an hour. The camera to check the line was free of charge. I get PTSD from some of plumbing companies I’ve used in the past and they changed my viewpoint on what great service looks like. Thank you

Pedro was great. Kept me up to date on repairs. Professional and kept his promise on updating and the timeliness of the job.

Juan was really nice but left my bathroom a little messy, there was black and brown liquid all over my things and smeared on the wall, bathtub & floor. He tired cleaning some of it but sadly I found it on my blow dryer, makeup bag, etc. Best to remove all your stuff from under the sink and around the area out of the bathroom before they start. Great communication on timing of service and I appreciated the follow-up regarding my disappointment on the mess that was left.

Juan came shortly after I received a text that he was on his way. He was very professional and nice, finished quickly and left everything clean and tidy. Seems like the bathtub is draining well now. Thanks!

When I called about my sink, Pedro was there to fix it in a very short amount of time.

Updated review: Management reached out to us and clarified that what we thought was damage was actually that the new piece that was installed was a different size than the previous piece that was covering what looked like previous damage. We were assured that our tech followed all necessary protocols and that someone will be sent to fix the new cosmetic issue that arose from our repair. The person that reached out to us was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding and worked to make sure we were better informed and satisfied with the situation.

We are very thankful that Juan was able to fix our backed up sink and replace our drain stopper. Unfortunately, the repair caused damage in the bowl of the sink that we were not informed about, even though we were home at the time of the repair. We only saw damage after the tech had already left. Additionally, trash with a strong sewage smell was left in our bathroom trash. In the future, it would be helpful for the tech to bring a separate trash bag that the tenant can dispose of, rather than leaving the trash inside the bathroom. We appreciate the tech's work, we just wish there had been more care given to our living space.

I met the owner, Pedro, from seeing his truck and wanted to find a local, small business owner to give my business to and referals. They were competitive with the ads I see for a slow drain, in my case, the shower. I was given a 1 hour window from 9am to 10am and their tech, Juan, called at 8:55 am to say he'd be here I'm about 35 minutes. I was so glad he did that so I could do things with that 35 minutes. He tool care of the issue and it was $99. He also knew about Cleanouts and told me they can do camera inspections for property purchases, which is great for real estate agents to know.

My only suggestion is for the owners to be aware that a lot of Seniors on fixed income, live in the SGV and that any upcharge should only be to a big unforseen issue and not a back up of hair that might take a couple of attempts with the snake and vacuum. If customers are afraid of an upcharge, except for new customers, they may try someone new each time they need a plumber vs. being a repeat customer. As long as the time involved is not excessive, that seems to be a fair policy.

Overall, I was totally satisfied that I called them just last week and was scheduled for the next business day after a holiday. I often hear of plumbers who are not responsive or very backed up. And, for those of us who can't be home for hours or days, I was so grateful, I didn't have to take time off and they kept to their schedule!

Excellent service, very professional and most importantly honest! I needed service at 8pm, my main line was clogged and water coming out of my shower drain. Pedro showed up and solved the issue on the spot, using his awesome camera as well. Will be using him for other services soon, very impressed!

The technician went above and beyond. He took his time to fix the issue. Last year I had plumbing service from different company and they fixed the sink in 5 minutes but the water backed up again the next day.

I was referred to The Sewer Company by my trusted electrician. The work included the repair of a large crack on the sewer line, instaling a 2-way clean-out and liner. The work was completed just a few days ago so I cannot comment on future long term issues, if any, but work was done promptly and appeared to be done correctly. The owner, Pedro, maintained me informed of all the steps during the work, provided me with photos of the crack prior to and after the work together with a video showing the sewer was repaired. The Sewer Company has excellent reviews and was highly recommended to me. They were punctual, professional, communicated with me, responsive to all my questions, knew what they were doing and the price was very reasonable. I recommend The Sewer Company.

Pedro and team were amazingly fast, efficient, and got the job done on short notice. Originally, my estimate was going to be astronomical due to the type of repair, but Pedro was able to approve an alternative, which was 1/3 the cost. These guys are totally legit and highly recommended!
