I recently had a great experience with this plumbing company. They came out to fix a leaking faucet and also handled a drainage cleaning issue in my home. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and reliable. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The faucet leak was fixed promptly, and the drainage cleaning was done thoroughly and everything is now working perfectly. I really appreciated how clean and organized they were, leaving no mess behind after the job was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs or maintenance and will absolutely use them again in the future.

I've used New Image a few times for plumbing needs and they have been wonderful. They replaced my leaking water heater with a new tankless water heater within one day over a holiday weekend. As always they explained everything, gave me options and useful information to allow me to make the decision that best met my needs.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We needed someone to come out to evaluate whether we had a water leak. I called around to a few other companies who charged anywhere from $250-$450 for a visit. New Image offered a free evaluation and figured out in less than 2 minutes that we did not have a leak. When I offered to pay the owner for his time, he refused. We were so impressed by his work ethic, honesty and professionalism that we are referring him to our friends and family members who are rebuilding their homes after the Eaton Fire and we plan to call New Image for all our future plumbing work. This is our second time calling New Image Plumbing. We wanted to swap out our 29 gallon water heater for a 40 gallon. When I messaged Pierre, the owner (on a Sunday), I let him know it was not an emergency- just wanted to get on his calendar for April. Pierre had someone out first thing Monday morning. I received a text that Refugio would arrive within the hour and he was here in less than 15 minutes. Refugio was friendly, professional and efficient! After the new water heater was installed, he walked me over and gave me a quick rundown of the new unit. He hauled away the old one and probably left our home cleaner than when he arrived:) We have more plumbing work to be done in the coming months and New Image will be our first call.

I called out 4 other plumbing companies for a leak in my yard, and none of them could figure out where it was, my water bill was through the roof! A family friend told me about New Image Plumbing, so I called and was met with MR PIERRE , not only did he find a leak within 20 minutes he also checked the pressure to my home and it was at 100 psi. He explained that normal water pressure should be no higher than 75 psi and recommended a pressure regulator. He got the leak fixed and pressure regulator installed for a very good price. Thank you PIERRE for your hard work! We will definitely be using you for all of our plumbing needs!

I recently had the pleasure of working with New Image Plumbing for a series of protects around our home, that included installing a new water pressure regulator, a new gas line and a toilet upgrade. I am very happy with their above and beyond service. My biggest concern was our high water pressure, extremely high, they explained what potential damage can occur and how to address it. I had other companies trying to over charge easily 5 times as much. Our gas line was an upgrade we have been wanting to do for a while and was done flawlessly. About 2 weeks after the work had been completed, they called to follow up with any questions or concerns that may have came up. Thank you for that follow up. Very pleased with the outcome and would turn to them for future projects.

Pierre and Tina and crew got the job done in record time! Courteous efficient and reasonably priced…new kitchen faucet and filtration system working perfectly. Will definitely call them for the next job!

New Image Plumbing, thank you very much to Mathew & Pierre for saving our restaurant on a busy Sunday!After loosing hot water to our building we tried calling 4 different companies and most replied back with not being open on a Sunday and 1 company was a no-show. Our last lucky call to New Image Plumbing and the fast response from their team we got lucky. They sent us a service technician in less than 1 hour along with a manager. The repairs got completed in less then 30 mins and the cost was much less then we expected for a commercial business. Thank you New Image for being honest and for treating us with respect at our place of business.

We had major drain blockage due to the fires, causing flooding in our yard. They promptly responded and came with their equipment and resolved the issue. They also flushed out my tankless water heaters and changed the filters due to water contamination. They were very professional, experienced, and reliable. Small business owner, great to support a local business. Highly recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job, multiple jobs actually. They installed and/or extended gas lines for my grill, garage dryer, and even a small pool I’m putting in. They installed a whole house water purifier, a water flow safety device that got me money off my insurance… And I’m sure much more that I can’t even remember at all went so fast.

Our old water heater had been acting up for a while and we saw there were like water stains all around it so we figured it had to be changed or fixed.
Our neighbors had some work done recently by New Image Plumbing and Rooter and I remembered their bright pink van and called them up.
They were very helpful on the phone and worked us in right away. The technician that came out confirmed our water heater was actually spewing water from a broken pipe on the top. He showed us how it wasn't even secured properly either.

I had called around for a quote and their price installed was on par with someone else but I liked that he was very thorough and checked other things to be sure it was just the water heater and he explained what was going to be done and replaced.
Thankfully they were able to get one fast and installed it quickly with a new gas line and the correct strapping.
He did a great job and left everything very clean and neat. We have hot hot water again!
Definitely going to call on them again in the future.

Had an issue with a water leak, so decided to use Yelp! Sent New Image a message via their website and made an appointment.
They arrived a bit late due to traffic, and I had a prior obligation, so showed them the tub and the ceiling with the leak. Agreed to resume on Thurs morning for $189 inspection, which will also go towards the cost of repair. Fyi it's plumbing only, drywall repair is not included although they do have someone that can patch but not paint.
The spout on the tub turned out to be the culprit, so l went ahead and had it replaced.
The tech who did the work was friendly and professional, and I would recommend them.
