The carpet cleaning service reached out to let me know that their specialist, Caleb, could come by sooner than our prearranged appointment, checking if this would be suitable for me. This new timing was perfect and I was genuinely taken aback by their promptness. Caleb's punctuality and polite manner during the carpet cleaning service in Pasadena were genuinely praiseworthy!

We have a small flat near the tram in Pasadena. At times, we rent it out. Jesse handled our carpet cleaning needs for LDH Carpet Cleaning Service before and after our latest renter. He was always on time and an excellent asset, saving us both time and energy. The renter commented on the immaculate state of the carpet.

Caleb and Luke from LDH Carpet Cleaning Service did an exceptional job on my carpets that were laden with refurbishment grime in Pasadena. They diligently focused on areas that required extra attention. They exhibited professionalism and I'm immensely thankful they managed to thoroughly clean my newly installed carpets.

We bought this home and thought about various options, including laying carpet over the old floors. Luckily, we consulted with Wesley before finalizing that choice. Years of dirt and some neglect vanished in just a few hours. Wesley and the team at LDH Carpet Cleaning Service used their advanced cleaning techniques on our 50-year-old hardwood floors, making them look fantastic! I have no doubt you will also be eager to leave a five star review for them.

Setting up an appointment was effortlessly smooth with Hayden, who was amazingly supportive. Jesse and Wesley showed up and performed exceptionally well, their carpet cleaning expertise and politeness were truly commendable. Our home in Pasadena had a not-so-pleasant dog scent and a few marks, but now it looks and smells marvelous! We would absolutely utilize their carpet cleaning services in the future!

My encounter with this carpet cleaning service was truly satisfying. I submitted a digital request for an in-depth carpet cleaning, and Richard got back to me swiftly via text and call. The cost was quite affordable, and the service quality was top-notch! I'm extremely pleased with the results. The team did an exceptional job and conducts business with integrity! my wife and i found water damage in our carpet when we got back to our place in pasadena for the winter. we thought the carpet in the bedroom and bath area was ruined and would need to be replaced. we called LDH Carpet Cleaning Service and mitchell showed up just a couple hours later. he was very friendly, explained the cleaning process, and even gave us a much better price than we thought. the carpet looked better than we expected after the cleaning. would recommend to anyone. really happy with the results and wish we had called sooner.

I recently had a fantastic experience with LDH Carpet Cleaning Service. They handled two jobs for me, and both were exceptional. The first job involved installing new padding and repairing our carpet that had suffered from water damage. They did such a great job restretching it that you wouldn’t even know there had been an issue. Just last week, they came back to clean the carpet and address a couple of old tears, and once again, the results were perfect. I also had some overspray on the carpet from a painting project, and I wasn’t sure it could be removed. However, they managed to take care of it completely! The team is honest, friendly, and truly skilled at what they do. I wouldn't choose anyone else for my carpet cleaning and repair needs.

i give ldh carpet cleaning service a 5-star rating! they revitalized my carpets and removed stubborn spots from the family room that i thought would never come out. i wanted to express my gratitude for the team's a+ performance. they successfully eliminated a stain from my bedroom that i had given up on! the carpets now look brand new! the pricing is excellent, and the service is top-notch! i will definitely reach out again and happily recommend them to my friends. they returned recently and, once again, earned a 5-star rating. the team is efficient, trustworthy, and extremely professional. i truly appreciate everything they do for me.

I had a fantastic experience getting my area rug cleaned. My rug is over 20 years old, and now it looks even better than when I first got it. The team picked it up right on schedule, cleaned it really well, added new fringe, and brought it back to my living room just like they said they would. The whole carpet cleaning service was excellent from beginning to end. Wesley even showed me before and after pictures, and I was surprised by how much dust was removed, even though I had tried cleaning it at home before. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest, professional, and really knew what they were doing. Their work was outstanding and I’m very happy with the results.

My husband and I are very thankful for LDH Carpet Cleaning Service! They did an amazing job stretching our carpet. We had some big, old ripples from a previous improper installation, and they completely fixed everything. Richard and Mitchell were friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely care about doing a good job. After finishing the work, they even took the time to share helpful tips on how to maintain our carpet. It was a wonderful experience working with them!

A while back, I needed my carpets cleaned in Pasadena because they had pet stains and a strong odor. I called LDH Carpet Cleaning Service, and Wesley came out to help. He was very professional and did an excellent job. After the cleaning, my carpets looked fresh and smelled great—you couldn't even tell there had ever been pets in the house. I was so impressed that I recommended them to my neighbor. I'm happy to share how amazing my carpets looked after they finished.

We had Wesley come and clean the carpets in our student apartment. The carpets were in rough shape, but he really saved the day! Wesley not only got rid of all the pet stains, but he also cleaned our air vents and made sure there was no more dust or mold. After he was done, the carpets looked almost brand new, and the whole place felt much fresher. He worked very carefully and was super polite the whole time. What started as a stressful move-in turned into a great experience thanks to his hard work. I definitely recommend LDH Carpet Cleaning Service if you want your carpets cleaned right!

We have been using their carpet cleaning services for many years and have always been very happy. The prices are fair and reasonable. I always feel comfortable leaving Wesley to work in our home. We had an older dog who had a lot of accidents, but after each cleaning, our carpets looked like new again. After our dog passed, we decided to replace the carpet and have Wesley clean our tile, which had years of grout stains from the dog and everyday use. The tile now looks brand new! They always do an amazing job, and I know I can rely on them every time.

I am so happy with how fresh and clean my carpets look and smell after being cleaned. Wesley did a fantastic job, arrived right on time, and was very friendly, quick, and helpful. I even asked to have a few extra area rugs cleaned, and he took care of them with no problem. He measured all the rooms before starting and gave me a clear and fair estimate. I will definitely use LDH Carpet Cleaning Service again for future carpet cleaning, and I highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I booked an appointment with LDH Carpet Cleaning Service to get my carpets professionally cleaned and to help with some tough stains and discoloration from my own cleaning attempts. Jesse arrived right on time and took a good look at the carpets. He was very honest, letting me know that while a deep cleaning would help with the stains, it might not completely fix the discoloration, so I could decide what was best for me. Jesse also shared some helpful tips on how to handle pet stains myself in the future, which I found really useful. I felt that he truly cared about my carpets and was upfront instead of just trying to make a sale. This kind of honest service is rare, and I appreciate it a lot. If I need carpet cleaning again, I’ll definitely go with this company.

A++++ Rating. I have used LDH Carpet Cleaning Service for many years, and every time they deliver outstanding results. Every visit, their team goes above and beyond to make sure my carpets look spotless and fresh. I've met Richard, and he is always courteous and professional, really showing that he cares about customers. The whole crew is honest, reliable, and pays close attention to detail. After renting out my home in Pasadena, my carpets were in rough shape. They recommended replacing the carpet throughout the house and did it for a very reasonable price. Thanks to their hard work, my floors look brand new. I am definitely a loyal customer now!

If you’re looking for a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service, I highly recommend hiring someone who is IICRC Certified and uses a truck-mounted steam extraction system, as these are the basic standards for quality results. Although I have advanced training in caring for fine rugs and am also IICRC Certified, I am not currently able to accept new clients for wall-to-wall carpet cleaning because I focus on hand-washing area rugs in my shop. That being said, I often refer people to Luke, who uses the same top-level systems and cleaning methods that I trust. We have both learned from an experienced and respected instructor, and I feel confident in referring work to Luke for both my clients and my own carpet cleaning needs. He is truly one of the best in this area for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and consistently delivers great results.

i recently had my carpet cleaned after buying a new rug for my home in pasadena. the rug looks absolutely stunning in my space—so much better than i expected! the carpet feels soft and plush under my feet, and the colors really stand out thanks to the deep cleaning. it’s the perfect touch for my newly updated room. caleb was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly, guiding me through every step. the team was right on time and made sure everything was protected during cleaning. when i asked about a rug pad, caleb took care of it and i received it the next day. i will definitely use ldh carpet cleaning service again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I wish I could give 10 stars for this team! As a first-time customer, I needed help with a moth problem in two of my three Persian rugs, which are very special to me. After reading great reviews, I decided to call LDH Carpet Cleaning Service. From the first phone call, Wesley was very helpful and answered all my questions. When the crew arrived to pick up my rugs, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that my rugs were in safe hands. When my rugs were delivered back to me, they looked fantastic and the moth issue was completely gone. The team was kind and professional throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful for their excellent carpet cleaning service and will definitely use them again in Pasadena.
