He quickly found the problem and fixed it, and even made sure our kitchen faucet was working perfectly before he left, even though that wasn’t the original issue. Jay was friendly, professional, and made sure to close all the baby gates while going up and down the stairs so my toddler stayed safe. The prices were fair and the quality of work was excellent. I called Mckay Brothers Plumbing to help with a leaky kitchen faucet and some old pipes that needed to be replaced right away. Skywhirl has always been incredible, in every aspect, for our HVAC needs.
This morning, my wife and I noticed our home was cold, even with the thermostat showing the heat on.

Two technicians, Josh and Francisco, arrived at the given service window.

Your service technician Anthony has been to our residence twice now and every time he comes he is very professional, polite and gets right to business. Also my puppy thinks he’s pretty cool too. Keep up the good work. Hopefully we don’t have to call again, but if we do, we know who we’re calling.

My thermostat wasn't working and after a post on FB, Josh was able to schedule me an appointment for the following day. Francisco arrived on time and found I had a 24V short. He was able to fix the issue after installing a new transformer, ac contactor and thermostat. He went above and beyond helping me connect the new thermostat with the app. I will definitely recommend and use Sky Whirl again!

This company uses an outside customer service center and they have no clue what they are doing. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment and the tech was supposed to be here between 10-12. When the technician didn’t show up I called and was told the only thing they could do was message the tech. This happened 4 times and on the 4th time I had it and escalated the issue. Come to find out there hadn’t ever been a technician assigned to my job as there were none available, so who were they messaging? This is bad enough, but I also had two other people who could have helped me, but I passed on because I had this scheduled. It means I have no ac for the rest of the weekend with a 4 month old baby in the house. I’m not sure how there are so many good reviews for this company given how poorly they handled everything. There was a complete lack of communication. I get it that everyone is busy right now. If they had said they didn’t have availability I would have thanked them and moved on. The way this was handled was extremely frustrating and unprofessional and I will never utilize this company again.

Was having problems with my AC since it recently started blowing hot air. A few friends have recommended me sky whirl, at first I was kinda iffy about it but I called and made an appointment they came earlier than expected and did an amazing job!! Francisco did a great job, he explained everything that was wrong with it and got the job done within a matter of time!! I highly recommend them. Now my ac is back on with no problem😃

Luke, David and Sebastian were fantastic! On time, polite, professional, hard working and honest. They were efficient and did high quality work installing a new HVAC system. Francisco came out and hooked up and configured my mother's new thermostat, and showed her how to use the app to control it. He then went above and beyond and went in the attic to make sure that her intake filters were clean and everything was working properly. We will definitely use Sky Whirl again...
