Unfortunate to have a poor experience despite the positive reviews. Scheduled A/C maintenance. The tech told me my unit was low on freon. We agreed upon 1lb of freon which was the cost of signing up for the stars and stripes plan. 10 minutes later, he told me he added 2lbs of freon without consulting me first and ended up charging me for it.

When I called for a quote Josh came over and was very nice. Everyone was very nice and especially Jillian at the office!! Heater works great. I will come back and in the summer and give a review of my AC. I’m happy so far.

If your looking for heating and/or air service, I highly recommend Sky Whirl. Absolutely love this local Patterson company! Very easy and quick to get a service appointment. After sending an online request for service, we heard back from someone within about 30 minutes! And this was on a Saturday. Very friendly customer service all around. Abby is very helpful with scheduling appointments and and answering appointment related and service type questions. The service technicians Francisco and Josh are amazing! They are super friendly and patiently answered all of our questions and did a great job with our furnace maintenance and repair. They are also very transparent about everything and their pricing in my opinion is very reasonable. We look forward to them continuing to service our heating and air.

I want to give a big shout out to Josh from Sky Whirl who has taken care of all my HVAC needs and has responded to all my texts and calls without exception and a big thanks to Sebastian and Johnathan who installed the mini split unit with their courteous and professional attitude. I hope I can encourage anyone who needs HVAC work done to give Sky Whirl a call, you will be pleased with their performance.

Got my system tuned for summer that i saw on facebook for $49. Also had some rewiring done due to dual climate zones not properly working when installed by builders that ran another $95. Fransisco was very knowledgeable which also showed me another filter that also needs to be replaced which the homebuilders never told me about. Will definitely use again!

The women in the office were very friendly to talk to over the phone. They were able to send a technician to my house the same day I called to look at my heating issue. The technician, Francisco, was also very courteous and knowledgeable. The experience was great and I would use their services again. I also signed up for their maintenance plan. I feel that the prices were reasonable and my heater is fixed now. I found this them through Yelp and Instagram and choose them because they were a local business with positive reviews.

We had a great experience with Sky Whirl in Patterson. The woman who answered the phone (I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful and was able to get a tech out to us right away, which we truly appreciated since it’s been cold and we have an 11-month-old at home with no heat.

Josh was our HVAC tech and he was excellent. He was very professional, quickly found the root of the problem, clearly explained our options, and put together a solid game plan. He stayed until the job was completely finished — even working until around 7pm. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond.

We’re so grateful to Josh and the Sky Whirl team for taking care of us. Highly recommend!

Josh was amazing! Great customer service. Got quoted double the price from someone else. With what I paid I was able to get a fancy contraption to clean the air and a wifi thermostat! They even offered to help with the rebate paperwork. Overall great service. Weather was getting warmer and I have my elderly parents, kids, and pets I didn't want to risk getting into summer with no cold air. He even made the appointment at a time when I was home from work and explained everything. Last person made comments I was not comfortable with. The workers that came were so polite and made sure they cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Had an excellent experience with sky whirl inc. technician name francisco was on time, efficient, and very thorough. They found a low refrigerant freon and explained the entire process to me. Excellent service from start to finish. They installed a brand-new system within two days of the initial visit and were extremely helpful throughout the process. Sebastian, Jonathan, Luke, and Josiah did an outstanding job—professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. The work was so clean that you wouldn’t even know they were here afterward. We got a new ac and heater from Sky Whirl this summer. They not only accommodated us with some window units to get us by during the summer for a few days but they have gone above and beyond to get us the best price and to make my family especially my husband happy. From the thermostat, to the awesome new cooling heating unit, to the ac return grill custom fit. I appreciate Josh and his whole team for their professionalism and excellent service. Would highly recommend
