The service person, Terrance was very professional and did a good job. He eas timely and their office person was friendly and kept me informed.

The owner and "administrator" are extremely unprofessional. They charged us over $100 just to come sit at my table to give an estimate. When I first called, I explained the situation and instead of that information being relayed to the owner, he was completely in the dark when he arrived at my house. I called the "administrator" to get a better understanding and all she wanted to do was argue with me. She kept telling me I was being unprofessional, while I could hear her game shows in the background! Every time I called them, she was unprofessional in that sense. I do not recommend this business, nothing good came out of this. Time has been wasted. Money has been wasted. My fridge still isn't fixed... and I'm on a hunt for someone else to fix it!

Great service. The service teck explained everything that was wrong with my dryer in a very simple way that I could understand.

I was extremely impressed with Terrance, the owner/technician’s professionalism, focus and attention to detail. He was on time, letting me know that he was on his way, cheerful and friendly even though he had to repair someone else’s poor repair work. I will definitely recommend his Company to my friends and family as one they can trust to do outstanding work and in a timely manner.
