They were great! I was moving out and they did a fantastic job! My previous landlord was very happy except for a couple spots, but they came back a couple days later and immediately took care of those areas for FREE!! I will definitely be using them in the future. Great pricing and staff was very friendly.

Prior to carpets being cleaned, I had doubts that the carpets would not show signs of 3 toddlers living in the house. The carpets in the hallway, bedroom and stairs came out looking 97% looking new. Luis and his staff are very knowledgeable and they care about the quality of work they perform. Central Valley Carpets will be my to go place in the future.

We hired Luis with CVFC to clean our heavily (urine) stained carpets. Luis was able to schedule us promptly and communicated regularly up to the time of the cleaning. He showed up on time (even a bit early!) and was very gracious, professional, and respectful of proper protocol during the pandemic. When he had an unfortunate malfunction of his equipment, he immediately called for backup; the crew arrived, got the job done, and were out in good time. The carpet looks amazing and smells great! First time using their services but it definitely won’t be my last! I sent a Facebook message and they responded in less than 30 minutes. I contacted him on Monday, scheduled an appointment for that Friday but a last minute changes of plans happened and they were able to come the following day! I was shocked to say the least but very thankful! We bought a house and wanted the carpets done before moving in. After Luis was finished, I can’t even describe how fresh the house smells and how beautiful our carpet looks! Luis is a top professional tile cleaner and restorer. He has done my floor twice now and each time it looked like a brand new floor. He thoroughly cleans the tile and grout and applies a sealant that helps prevent dirt from discoloring the floor. He is always on time and works quickly and efficiently. His communications are timely and thorough. He is extremely responsive and values me as a customer. He even sends reminders to me for my next cleaning. Highly recommend this company.
