First met with Luis. Luis came to my house to give me an estimate. Real warm and friendly person, no pressure and explained the cleaning process for my carpets. The day of the cleaning the gentleman arrived early kind of catching me off guard because people nowadays are never early #1 and #2 I still had to vacuum. Everything worked out well. All my questions were answered during the service. I received a call from Luis after the work was completed as a followup. This was a great experience for me and I would definitely recommend Luis and his company to anyone.
