Brandon came around February and gave us eatimate,. He told us that they need 1000 dollars down payment which we gave it that day , he said they will start the job in twoo weeks . Several weeks had passed and nothing, I called their office multiple times and Karla told us that they’re waiting for the materials, And 5 months had passed and is still the same reason , so I emailed them that I would like to cancel it and we want our 1000 dollars back NEVER heard from them. So dont go to this company, We work hard for that 1000 dollars.

OK in the beginning, yes we did have some problems with our concrete cracking.
And I left a very negative review.
I would like to apologize publicly to the owner of Tenco Construction Company. Doug I apologize sir!
After Doug was made aware of the situation, he called me personally and reassured me, that he would take care of it.
And he did, I now have a new Concrete patio and rocks. It looks awesome!
I would use this company again in a heart beat. Because I know, that if there is a problem. It will get resolved in a timely manner.

I am highly disappointed with Tenco Company. Advertised as a "family owned business" I felt that I could trust them. Ask for a free estimation to have a patio cover installed. A person by the name of "Adam" came to my home, did the measurements and gave me a quote. I was satisfied with the amount and decided to hire Tenco for the installation. Everything seemed legitimate, contract was sign and Adam asked for a deposit to hold the cost and start the job. Adam said that I should get a call from a person name "Kayley" to schedule a second measurement of the patio cover that I wanted installed. Again, trust-worthy, Kayley came to my house did the remeasurements and said that she would get back to me. She never called me back - I had call to find out what was going on. She said that the installers would have problems installing the patio cover because there was a pipe from the water heater and they would not be able to remove it or make allowances to have the patio cover installed flushed to the eaves. Kayley told me that I would have to call another company to have the pipe removed and reinstalled so that the patio cover could be put in. Long story short, after Tenco cashed the check, the games began. I always had to call and when someone did answer the phone there was always the excuse that a message would be given Kayley and she would return my call. Well this started in December and still no patio cover however they did get my money!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They will take your money and jerk you around like they are doing to me!!!!!!!

I put a deposit to get French sliding door. Came into a hardship, tried to call and get a refund and got the run-around!!! Horrible service. Still to this day never received my money back.

We decided to get a patio installed from tenco the patio is beautiful but when raining season came the patio started leaking we called numerous of times to see if they can send someone to fix the issue was told yes someone would be sent to fix the issue I’m still waiting no one has ever showed up. They were quick to send someone to come install the patio but not to get it fix still waiting

I like my patio but remember I had trouble with the insulation. The salesman never returned my call. I thought it wasn’t sealed good but it hasn’t leaked. so maybe I was wrong. You gave me poor service.

I would definitely recommend Tenco for your patio cover. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Fair prices, competitive is what made me say yes to them! I’m 100% happy I did.

Tenco did a great job with turning our window into a slider project. They were able to make our project a fast a successful one. Definitely would recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would have!!! This company is so unprofessional, we had a patio cover installed over 3 years ago and it leaks so bad we have had to replace 2 fans that they installed due to water damage and when it rains the patio cover leaks so bad it’s totally unusable! We have called them many times and they refuse to make it right! I even started to warn people when I would see their ads on Facebook and then they blocked me! Please do yourself a favor and make sure that you do your research and use a quality company and this company is not it!!!

Thank you for you honesty. Your representative that arrived had given me advice on the prior company that had just been out to my property. Prior Co. had incorrect measurements that makes it against City laws. They did not show licensing or insurance either. Tenco showed all papers and took time to discuss measurements and give me something better. They also were under my budget.

Turned out beautiful. Had my first heavy rain. Porch was dry, no leaks.

The company did a good job on the cover patio, it was done on schedule.
I would just recommend, that before you have it built you make sure you know if you are going to have any outlets and light switches, you have them installed as part of the work, I wish I would have done that.
I know they would have done it, but no one mention that to me, and I did not think about how that would have been helpful to have.
The office ladies are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

We decided to work with Tenco to replace our windows and HVAC. We ended up replacing 6 windows, 2 sliding doors, a package HVAC unit, and an electrical panel upgrade. They had reasonable prices and were patient as I gathered additional estimates. The communication was timely and professional throughout. The project was completed within a reasonable time and with attention to detail. Kayla, Cheryl, and Correy were helpful in coordinating the project. Although one window was damaged and could not be installed, it was ordered and installed the next week. Thanks!

This company is horrible when it comes to helping to repair issues that come with your warranty. We had them install a patio cover in the backyard and it started leaking and water got into the light fixtures and they scheduled to come out and never showed up and then when you call them back to get your appt rescheduled they give you the run around and fail to respond especially this lady named Kayla. Choose another company!!

Tenco construction installed our overhead awning. This is truly a great company to use for installation. They are responsible with their pricing and efficient with their installation and maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking or interested in home improvement.

I signed my contract to replace my sliding door with French Doors on 5/18/23. I was told by the salesman that the job would be complete in about a month. I received a call from Tenco and an initial email. I received a text on 6/21/23 to confirm my install date of 8/3/23. I asked the person (who I later found out was a sub to Tenco) that my doors weren't being delivered until 7/20/23. I tried to get in contact with Tenco via email (to Kayla who never responded), FB messenger and phone to no avail. The sub that did the work on 8/3 did a great job except my door hardware was given to them incomplete (missing parts). It's been 2 weeks since my door install and I have not heard ONE SINGLE WORD from Tenco on when this will be complete.
Bottom line, the communication with Tenco is HORRIBLE! I would recommend their sub but not them.
UPDATE: After writing my review on 8/17/23 I received a phone call from Kayla that the parts for my door had conveniently been delivered the day before. Her message said I should be receiving a call from their sub that day or the next day to finish the install. I didn't hear from anyone until today, 8/22. My doors finally have hardware.

I just read the reviews on this website. I had the same experience as some of these reviews. It states it’s family owned. Your management and organization is horrible. You need to get a new manager.. The owners need to get involved. You’re gonna get sued if not already and you’re gonna go out of business. Your installation crew was professional and polite, but your office and management is horrible. I don’t need to share my experience because the reviews I read are the exact same thing I went through plus the doors defected. And the screen. I did take a video and pictures of the door, sent it to Kayla your office manager, no response.. your salesman are not communicating with your installation and manager and giving people too early of an installation date and leaving people waiting. I was told one date and It was installed five weeks after that date instead of the date promised. The week of insulation I got a call asking when was a good day. I had to take a day off. Cost me a day of work. The installation was way too fast. It was 45 minutes.. If they took their time and made sure measurements were correct, and the material that was ordered is efficient this wouldn’t be a problem. I will be taking you to court because of the quality lack of communication, Professionalism inconvenience, being ignored, Waiting, You need to take care of your customers, fix the problems , change your manager and your secretary educate your sales people.
