We first met with Joseph about installing a patio cover, he was friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and gave us different scenarios and costs so we could make the best decision for what we wanted. We were comfortable with him and told him we needed it done by a certain date which required a “rush” on the project, he said no problem. During the process Cheryl and Kayla kept us up to date and assured us it would get done on time. Alex and his crew came in and got the job done with time to spare. Overall the process was smooth because they always got back to us when we had questions. Would highly recommend Tenco.

They did a great job with our patio cove. My family loves it. They updated me on progress with getting permits through Riverside county often. The experience was great. Except for dealing with the county . It took so long for a simple patio on an acre of land. I’m a general contractor and I can tall you riverside county building department is awful, but Tenco was great to deal with

We had Tenco build our patio cover. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Communication was great throughout the process. The cover looks like it is part of the original house, not like something just added on.

I had scheduled an appointment with Tenco to come out for an estimate. They messaged me to confirm the date and time, which I did. The day prior, I once again confirmed with them.
The day of, they texted me 5 minutes before the appointment, that the person who was coming out, had a family emergency and couldn't make it. But they could send someone else in an additional 90 minutes.
Does this company think customers are stupid? He had an emergency 5 minutes before he was to arrive? That means the person would've been at my place, at least waiting outside when this happened. And they opted to send a text message, instead of call? Is that how this company would communicate throughout a project? Seems ridiculous to me.
No. I believe what actually happened is their person was running late and they made up a story. Obviously not caring for the customers time.
Then they offered a $500 discount for my troubles. $500 off of what? No price had been spoken about. Do they honestly think customers not smart enough to see the grift? Offering any money off the price, before a price is negotiated is ridiculous. The company can easily raise their price by said amount, and then add the discount to break even.
Tenco is a joke. And after reading other reviews about this company, I'm happy with the decision I made to pass on them

The best company we have ever done business with regarding our home. They were prompt every time they were supposed to be here, they're clean up was amazing and they accommodated us with changes that we made with our order mid work. They are really amazing on every level from the order to the Finish

Competitive price, fast service but when asked to do some warranty work on an improperly sealed patio cover, I was emailed with a "preset" reply saying it's normal, even without inspection.

I had an amazing experience with this patio cover company from start to finish! The quality of the patio cover is outstanding, and it completely transformed my outdoor space. The installation was quick and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Kayla coordinated everything perfectly, kept me informed at every step, and made sure the project went smoothly.

We absolutely LOVE our new patio from Tenco. It was done ON TIME and we are so happy with it. Pricing was great, workers were so nice, respectful and cleaned up after. Couldn’t be happier !!!

Incredible work! We got new concrete and a patio cover after demo of the old. They were easy to work with & responsive. We have worked with a lot of contractors for our home over the years- they are by far the best, easiest, most responsive!! they provide Quality work and great pricing! The rep who came to give us our bid - Jeremy was so nice & helpful! The owner and his office staff member Cheryl kept us up to date on everything. We are sooooo happy with our new backyard!
