If I could do less than one star I would. Employees and Managers need more customer service training. I came to this Walmart because their website stated their gardening department was still open. I get here and the night manager who is not the most welcoming nor customer oriented tells me that its closed and its too late. It was 9:55pm the store closes at midnight and the website for the gardening department also reflects a midnight closure. The store is always dirty and the managers arent the most helpful. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Target.

There is a asian lady in the self pay out. Racially profiling people. She came up to me and asked if I had payed for my stuff and made me move everything to show that I did and made me drop my juice bottles all over the joint. Thanks so much then I had to go grab another ones. Ofcourse because that asian lady desapeared. Didn't even bother cleaning. And then on top of this they check my stuff again at the door. Golly waste my time. Then they sell broken eggs the flip em.upside down too. Sneaky somebody ada do something.

Returned an online purchase with no issues.

They placed 5 trees and one died. They promised if any died they would come replace it. I told them 2 weeks after that I think one was dying. They told me to give it time. They stopped responding to texts. I called and now the said THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS so they can’t help me. Don’t trust them.
