The garden center literally closed 10 of five and inside line was over 20 people long when i went in this store. Management needs to obviously be retrianed or fired

I love Home depot especially the garden Dept, everything is easy to find, fresh, and fun for an out door lover, the employees are nice and I don't mind standing in line because of the water misters 😅😉🙂 on a hot day.

i am a really good customer in that I spend a lot of money every week in this store. on two occasions I've walked in about 30 minutes before closing. no one is around to help. what I need is usually way high over my head. I've stood at the spray paint cage needing help and five male employees buzz by never even caring I'm standing or telling me to hang on they will send someone right over to help me. I watched a female employee multitasking in the area behind where I was standing. I walked away finally.i went to garden and got what I needed there and came back to paint cage. it's now 5 minutes before closing. a male employee was sure to tell me they closing but didn't offer assistance. just then that same multitasking female employee popped up in front of me and apologized I hadn't been helped yet. she opened cage and I chose my paint colors. she didn't rush me at all and was actually very pleasant.

Very disappointed in my visit took very long to get help with questions regarding a shed. They sent a very young girl to assist me and I was not pleased with the way she handled my questions She was not friendly. How much is it? There are 2 prices. How does it get transported?Do they take it apart? How much is it with taxes and fees? I went in and asked who do I speak to regarding a shed lil did I know I had asked the manager and she directed me to the customer service and they said they would sent someone to help me waited about 20 plus min. But the manager ended up helping at the end with all my questions just was a very interesting visit.

Customer service at this Home Depot has it right! I drive from 3 cities over to come to this store specifically because of the high-quality customer service I continually receive here. Store manager Ines is able, genuine and seems to have a knack for hiring quality employees. Rare these days especially in large box stores. Kudos!! 👋 Most importantly, they continue to have a store full of ready and able staff! I just bought a refrigerator and a KitchenAid dishwasher which I'm very happy with my purchase and the entire experience. Diana in appliances was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I really appreciate your store! Highly recommend shopping here for a great experience. My one recommendation would be to bring back check registers and reduce amount of self-checkout. Although I do like that staff helps at self-checkout. 👍 😊

Aceves Landscape did my front yard, installed concrete step stones , synthetic grass, California Gold Stone, and irrigation from the beginning to the end. Jose answered all my questions and helped me with ideas. I recommend them. The price was good. I will hire them again to do my back yard.

Great customer service and very reasonable pricing. Jose and his guys took care of my back yard sod a few days before my daughter’s 8th birthday. It turned out amazing, my daughter and guests loved the new grass and retainer blocks along the wall.

Jose and the team were professional, timely, and transparent. Highly recommend.

It was very crowded and needed another cashier as the line was down the aisle and around the corner. However the one cashier kept her cool, and was moving the line along on her own.
