What we love about Alex is that he is quick to respond, diagnose correctly, and provides the most cost efficient way to approach the problem. Alex has worked on small condos to single family homes to commercial sized systems. You definitely need to keep Alex' number on speed dial during the summer n winter seasons! I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and quality of service from Gunny’s Heating and Air. From the moment I called, the team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had my system back up and running in no time.

I thought my furnace blower motor was burned out and upon further discussion with Alex he told me all I needed was to replace the capacitor. $25 part later my furnace was up and running, keeping us warm at night. Saved me at least $500 based on other HVAC companies estimates. Definitely recommend Alex for his professionalism and not trying to upsell me or price gouge me on the part.

The best HVAC company I have ever delt with! As a matter of fact, I am regretful to not have done my research prior to purchasing my unit. I had such an awful experience with my company I purchased my AC from and decided to call AR24/7 and I’m glad I did! Not only did Daniel offer excellent customer service, he also sent his awesome technician, Serge, and he immediately fixed the issue and had me up and running within 30 minutes! I've been working with the Air Repair 24/7 Team for about a year now. I initially reached out to them for a quote to clean the condenser coils. Their quote was reasonable and I had them perform the work. They've serviced my HVAC system twice now, in fall and spring, and performed some additional work/repairs (replaced faulty circuit board on furnace unit). I've found their pricing/estimates to be reasonable and they have a good annual membership program that includes the spring/fall services. The staff who have shown up to my house have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and it is clear to me they are not trying to push an unnecessary service or repair (which is not the case with some other HVAC companies I've dealt with). Overall, I'm very happy with the Air Repair 24/7 Team and will continue to do business with them.

Daniel Jr. is very professional and reliable. I received a visit within an hour of my request. I was guaranteed satisfaction or my money back. I feel I was treated fairly and Daniel was very diligent in addressing my issues with my AC. I would definitely refer them.

Daniel Jr was very courteous and professional. He cleaned and tuned up both my AC units and installed a hard start kit all in about 45 minutes. Tested both units with a multi meeter and gave me a health report on the condensers and amperage being used by each unit. He also offered to replace my ac filters but I declined because I had just replaced them my self. I will continue to use Air 24/7 repair for all my future needs.

Air Repair 24/7 are very professional, they arrived in a timely manner… The gentleman was very quick and helpful, he gave me my diagnostic and advice me of what was wrong with my A/C and then advice me that he didn’t have the part on him however he would be able to come back the next day and replace it… Sure, enough he came back the next day as stated, he arrived within his timeframe given and got my A/C up and running… I was very pleased with the service and will definitely be calling them back again for any other services that I may need. Just purchased a new home and had problems with the AC unit. I had contacted Air Repair at around 9:30pm and quickly received a response. Serge came out the next morning and was able to give me a diagnosis so I could contact the home warranty. He was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. They are great at what they do, Id highly recommend!
