Our neighbors had some A/C work done and recommended Fast Tech. We called them to perform a routine service on our heater and air conditioner. They immediately scheduled an appointment and later texted a confirmation. Our service technician Trevor was on time, very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and very personable. I truly appreciate the quality of work from Fast Tech and would highly recommend them for any heating or A/C needs.

There needs to be more stars for Sean and his team. Very fast and responsive. They are the most reasonable, professional and honest AC company I have ever come across. I trust nobody other than Sean and his team.

Our 19 year old air conditioner which wasn’t cooling properly, stopped cooling altogether. This happened in August, right in the midst of hurricane Hilary, in the hottest time of the year. After multiple quotes ranging from 15k-39k, Sean came by to give his estimate.
What impressed me is that he went up to the attic twice and took pictures so that I could see the problem, which was that rats had chewed through a hose and duct rendering our heating capabilities useless and putting a Freon leak in our air conditioner.
By the time Sean came over, I kind of had an idea from multiple other estimates what to look for price wise. I was surprised when Sean’s quote was quite a bit under the lowest quote we had received, plus he also included fixing the heating component and upgrading our amp from 30 to 40.
Sean didn’t try to sell me on a 5 ton condenser and a new furnace which most of the other salesman did (we needed a 4 ton). I like that a lot.
I have to say, compared to our last air conditioner, this new one is like driving a Rolls Royce. It’s super quiet, I can hardly hear it when it comes on. Our last condenser was so super loud, and when turning on, it kind of kicked you in the gut with noise and the sound would keep going all the time that it was on.
I have our new one on 78 degrees and the whole house is very comfortable. Amazing. With our previous air conditioner, I had to set it to 74 degrees for any kind of real comfort.
The two young men who installed the unit and fixed the heater were Trevor and Kyle and they were amazingly quiet, respectful and appeasing of my many questions. They spread tarp over all the carpeting that they walked on and cleaned up the mess exceptionally well. Trevor also vacuumed the rat droppings in the attic and closed up a hole that they were coming in from, which I appreciate so very much.
I’m very, very glad that we went with Fast Tech, they exceeded all my expectations. I can see a smaller electric bill in the future!!!

I was impressed with the HVAC system they installed two years ago. And after conducting due diligence with competing bids, they were still the best value. So when my second unit failed, I asked them to install a new one, with the confidence they would do any equally great job.

Sean was great, very respectful and upfront. We have the original AC units in our house and they’re on their last legs.

He worked his magic and got both units to run again, but new for new units. Hopefully soon.

EXCEPTIONAL! Impressed with Fast Tech from my initial scheduling call to the conclusion of the service!! I spoke with Sean and explained our heater issue. He was professional and accommodating of my schedule and an appointment was scheduled. Trevor, our assigned tech, called & said he was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early. He was very polite & professional. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and identified and fixed the issue quickly. He performed additional testing on the unit to ensure there were no other problems. Fast Tech Heating and Cooling guys were able to fix my air conditioning quick and explained everything to me! The service men were very nice. I most definitely will be using them again if I should run into more problems and recommend you give them a call.

Fast Tech Heating & Cooling, Owner Sean and service tech Trevor were fantastic. Very helpful with all my question and great pricing.
Very professional and Polite, they did a great job and will be doing all my serving from now on. I had a whole house fan installed which is cool and will be having new A/C's & Duct work installed later.
They also cleaned up and took all trash with them, that was nice and I have had work done in the past and vendors left mess.
They are local Lake Mathews. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

amazing experience with fast tech heating and air today. They swapped out my 37-year-old air conditioning system and put in a new heat pump condenser fan in the back with a new unit inside the home could not be happier with their attention to detail and quick quality service at an unbeatable price. Sean, trevor, and holden did a great job.
