I actually learned from Mike that having the fan only on heats the house because it circulates the hot air from the attic.

These guys are top notch! Very knowledgeable, answer any of your questions and do fantastic work! My home had 2 existing heating and cooling units, they were both gutted and had modern energy efficient heat pumps installed as well as an additional mini split for the master. Work was done promptly and professionally. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive and did everything they said they were going to do and then some. Not to mention Mike came out to help me choose what equipment I needed for my situation and I could not be happier. I am looking forward to the house being cool this summer while using less electricity than I ever have. 10/10 would highly recommend, in fact do yourself a favor and don’t bother calling anyone else. I went through other companies in the past with the goal of putting off installing new units until the time was right and all these other businesses wanted to do was tell me how bad my old system was and ONLY want to sell me a new system. But Aire Tech listened to my needs, was flexible with me and got me setup with equipment that works for my needs, you can’t ask for any more than that. They also offer financing if that’s something you need. Give them a call if you are having problems, they are my ONLY contact for my HVAC needs now.

Have had my share of a/c issues.found most companies were just salesman,one company wanted 15,000 to replace air ducts.gave me a free flashlight!!!.....
Called m/c heating and air. Sean came out quoted me 1,500 to do the job...needless to say they have become my go to company. Dont waste your time ,just call M/C HEATING AND AIR!!!!!!!

The outside unit fan wasn’t turning on. I texted Fast Tech, and they came out the next day. Trevor fixed the issue within minutes, and did some other routine maintenance while he was here. Great service!

these guys were fast affordable and efficient. we got multiple quotes, and sean was the most competitive. the guys did clean work and cleaned up after themselves and were very polite young gentleman. if i could give a 10 star i would.

When we bought our 30-year-old home just a few years ago we knew it was just a matter of time. The blower sounded like a sick, single-prop plane on a cold day. The condenser unit outside sounded like a street sweeper below the window. It struggled and was not efficient. The blower motor died mid-August. We chose Fast Tech because of reputation. Sean came highly referred in our neighborhood. Price was more than fair.

Very professional. We received text message updates on exactly when the crew would show for the diagnosis. On time! The best part was no upselling. We chose to have the system replaced instead of a spot fix. Again, no upselling as we asked about going to a bigger AC Unit. Not necessay.

Replacement day was perfect. On time. Professional. Answered questions. Hauled away the plane and the street sweeper. Excellent warranty. This will be a valuable selling point to our home one day. We highly recommend Fast Tech. Yes we would do it again.

So our ac unit decided to stop working on Friday during the heat wave. Two years ago we had a problem with the capacitor so we thought it was the same problem again. I called around 14+ contractors to get it fixed but no one was available so we decided to fix it ourselves and just replace the capacitor. Again, I called around but no one was open until Monday or they didn't supply the part to the public. So I finally called Sean and left a voice. He was nice enough to call back in less than 15 mins. He recommended were to get the part and told me that if I needed anything else to give him a call back. I ended up finding the part and replaced it but guess what? It wasn't the capacitor it was a fuse. My luck! So I gave a call back to Sean but no luck so I sent an email and he responded promptly. We made an appointment with him for Monday, he came by in the agreed time frame, changed the fuse, and in less than 10 mins he was done. So far he's the best AC contractor I have dealt with. He's really there to help even during a heat wave not like the other 14+ contractors I have called. Thank you, MC Heating & Air Conditioning for helping us, our dogs, and bunnies stay cool again!

Needed a complete central A/C system installed, A friend gave me Sean's number, called Sean he came out and gave me a quote, answered all my questions. Sean and his crew are very professional and do great work at a fare price.
