We had a fantastic experience with Mike P. and his Trainee technician. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Not only did they handle the approved repairs efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by checking for leaks, topping off the Freon, and even cleaning the vent—even though it wasn’t visibly dirty. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Prompt and very thorough. Explained in detail what the problem was and how it can be repaired. After completing the initial work, stayed and checked the system to insure no additional problems will arise. I would recommend the company and technicians for anyone.

Verified that there was zero CO measured inside the air vent.
Rinsed outdoor unit.
Verified that power on motors was good and capacitor was good.
Verified that the AC was cooling and system was heating.
Found and cleared condensate drain clog from the bathroom sink.

The owner, Mike, and Dennis did an incredible job installing our ductless mini-split air conditioning/heating system. In one day (yes, ONE DAY because they really hustle!!), they installed a 4-zone system for our living room and 3 bedrooms. We had a wall heater and no air conditioning in our older home and now I have remote controlled air conditioning and heating throughout. They were super professional and reasonably priced—you will get the very best quality product and installation from them. Thank you so much, Mike—you and your crew are truly the best!!

I had a great experience with this company when my AC suddenly broke down. The main tech, Michael, was very polite and professional. I appreciated that both he and his partner came in wearing shoe covers without me even asking. My original appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but they checked in with me first and arrived early at 11:50 AM, which I really appreciated. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent service.
