I am very happy to recommend Curtis Maloney to anyone that needs their windows screens and the window gutters cleaned. Curtis did a wonderful job and was very up front with what to expect since we have hard water and the outsides had not been done for years. As it turned out, he was able to do an even better job than I had expected! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He was not the lowest price that I got quoted, but because of his honesty and professionalism, I decided to hire him. I am so glad I did!

Absolutely the worst. Wish I could give 0 starts. I fired them once, should have never given them a 2nd chance. Aida, our cleaning person, kept bringing in her aunt (don't believe she works for Vanguard) to clean our winery, even after I told our manager from V/G I did not want her back. Absolutely nothing was dusted (per our agreement), stains in the kitchen sink (which weren't there before), the kitchen was left dirty (there was grated cheese on a tray rack in full view), the stove was sticky, the sides of the backsplash were sticky, the floors/sills in my office were filthy, AND, they somehow dropped an old vintage magnum that was very secure for 7 years on a wide shelf and left the wine to dry on the floor overnight, while dropping a prized magazine review and breaking that glass, letting wine seep in, and then propping it up on its side on the floor against the dining table. Management refuses to contact me back. I'd have your local kindergarten group come clean your place before hiring them, will be a more thorough job and I would bet less things will get broken.

Our 15,000 SF office and warehouse located in Livermore, CA is cleaned once a week, over the weekend, and is always in great shape when we arrive for work Monday morning. The staff is great on communication and detail cleaning.
