GYN Cleaning Services was amazing. They showed up promptly at the scheduled time and started immediately working. They cleaned parts of my house that I didn’t even realize needed cleaning as well as appliances in the kitchen that I didn’t think could be cleaned (my expensive air fryer). My wife and I were gone during the 3.5 hour stretch they were scheduled to clean. When we got home, the house looked as clean as the day we moved in. We were very pleased and already are looking to schedule a reoccurring monthly service.

After Claudia did a walk through of the house my roommates and I were moving out of I was quoted $475. I thought it would cover cleaning the fridge, shelving, baseboards, rooms, floors, etc. We went over the things that needed to be cleaned. I paid the full price expecting that it is done. However, they did not communicate that the fridge and drawers and some shelves were not able to be cleaned. And they still had me pay the full price. I asked for a partial refund since what we had discussed was not cleaned and I received no communications about the issue. After asking for the refund and discussing what went wrong, the owner ignored my request. I do not recommend this company. They have rude customer service, lie to their customers, and do not communicate.

The cleaning team was prompt and did a good job cleaning. They were reasonably priced and did the expected work for a house cleaning move out including carpets and windows/screens. They also cleaned the gutters and power washed algae walkways as a separate service. I would use them again if needed. They were able to do the work on a tight timeline for us. Excellent communication.
