Above satisfaction when I got my house deep cleaned after being fumigated. The ladies doing the deep cleaning were very thorough. I absolutely recommend Molly Maid to anyone.

Thank you Molly Maids so much! Anna and Marta arrived on time and did a very thorough and complete job cleaning the metal blinds and windows in my office. They also completely cleaned the two offices and the lobby. I am so impressed with the quality and speed of their work. I recommend them completely!

Molly Maid is great. They were able to come the next day after we moved into our house. They literally transformed our place, deep cleaned, and made it feel like home.
Showed up promptly and worked fast. Truly excellent service and will use again in the future.

Pros:
I was pleased with the professionalism and with the work done in our home. The staff works with you to make sure the cleaning plan meets your needs. The team that arrived at our home went above and beyond and the house was cleaner than I could have done on my own--my personal rating system! It's nice to have more than one person arrives so that the job can be done more quickly. The team was more thorough than other companies I have hired in the past.

The team even brought in packages left on our porch by UPS and one of the boxes was very heavy! Further, the team swept our front porch, a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I was impressed with their work.

Cons:
My only issue is that I was not informed about the tipping process (which is not expected but appreciated); I found the info on the website. I plan to leave extra tip next time to thank the team for their hard work and they also accept tips via credit card if you call the main number.

Also, the first service is a bit pricey, but I think it's because most homes are more difficult to clean the first time. Nonetheless, I'd rather have that first price based on my actual home rather than a generic hourly rate.

They also give you a 2-4 hour window when the team will arrive, so it is a bit difficult to arrange if you work from home. That said, I am pleased with the booking agent who tries to meet our specific time requests each month.

Overall, I would recommend this business.

My daughter and her husband just bought their first home in Santa Rosa. I wanted to gift them a move in cleaning service. I live hours away and Molly Maid is a trusted name so the decision was simple. Their customer services were TOP NOTCH!! I had to change time and location due to the new home keys not avail when originally thought them to be. Front office staff were amazing , flexible and the quality of cleaning per my daughter was above and beyond!!

The fact that you hire this company to clean a move in move out. And they dont used more aggressive sponges, scrubbers or steel wool to remove hard on grease on appliances or surfaces makes it a scam for what they charge. The degresser liquid used is ammonia, same one than the dollar store. I would not recommend them for a deep cleaning service.

EXCELLENT CLEANING - WHY PAY SO LOW - My house is cleaner than it has ever been. I am so grateful for the time and attention the team spent on my house. I wish I could pay them directly. I looked up the low to average pay per employee and it was less than $18 per hour, which is nowhere near what Molly Maid charges. I do not imagine the overhead of the business compensates for this. I do not know if I can stay a client of Molly Maid in good conscious.

Molly made has been awesome. I just love them the work that they do is great and their friendly and personable and just really pleasant people to talk to and to deal with. I really enjoy them.

I can’t say enough about how great my experience was with my Molly Maid team! They worked so hard and were completely thorough! I keep finding areas of my home that are sparkling clean that I didn’t expect to be part of their service!!! I will hopefully be able to have them come to my home as often as I can!!!!!!

The team that came to deep clean my Mom's apartment was exemplary. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were very pleasant. Each person seemed to know their role and they got to work immediately. When they finished everything was sparkling, fresh, and clean. We were so happy with their work ethic and efficacy that I wish I could take them to my home. Unfortunately I live too far away or I would not only hire Molly Maid, but request these housekeepers specifically. Days later my Mom is still mentioning details and citing individual things she's noticed about their thoroughness.

Karen, who answered my calls, was so easy to work with. We were able to book quickly, and in a time frame that fit our needs. She called afterwards to make sure we were happy with the job, which is going above and beyond in my experience! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and level of customer service are second to none. We couldn't be happier, and will definitely be back!

What the did, they did pretty well. I would encourage any consumer to be as specific as possible with a coordinater from whatever local office your hiring from NOT a regional call center when scheduling services.
For instance I know I specified lots of dusting and vacuuming under spaces with low clearance and the vacuum cleaner the workers brought could not do that so I offered mine but I beleive a language barrier got in the way of them understanding how to use mine to get the job done. There were several areas of much needed wiping/dusting that were missed, ground level , eye level and above. There may be restrictions on what they are allowed to do for safety reasons so just be very very specific about what you need.
Furthermore and this is really disappointing for how much I paid, they didn't clean the blinds!!!!
