Was really cold and unprofessional on the call, but got as a next day service which was great. I understand those can be pricey, but they overcharged the maximum amount for sending an extra person. This is an empty 400sf one bedroom. There is not furniture. What three people did there for 3 hours I have no clue.

While the cleaning job they did was thorough, the problems arose with the payment.
They asked for card information beforehand just to have it even though they were told I was going to pay in CASH, which was no issue. But I gave very clear instructions to CALL me when they were close to finishing cleaning because I was 2 minutes away from the apartment while they were cleaning and the lady I talked to on the phone (who was very sweet) received the instructions and even agreed, so there was NO confusion there.
Received no call after waiting for it for hours, and they charged the card, which declined. They had no reason to charge the card when they were told I was paying in cash.
Afterwards, I finally received a call from someone else that was saying that the payment didn’t work. So I explained the earlier call and the instructions given, reiterating that they were to CALL ME when they were close to finishing so that I could quickly swing by and pay them in person and in cash. The person on the phone got very clearly irritated (you could hear it in the tone of her voice) and just outright denied the fact that I had talked to someone else on the phone. There was absolutely no reason to talk to me in this way when the fault was theirs, ESPECIALLY as someone working to service people.

Our team did a fantastic job! We live in a rural-ish area and every spring we have the field disked and the winter weeds whacked. Needless to say, the entire house gets extremely dusty. Dust everywhere! After our cleaning, there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Our windows were spotless, in fact everything was spotless! We were super impressed with the job done by these professionals. Highly recommend!

We have been using Molly Maids for about two years now. Never had an issue with them. The cleaners are always very nice and attentive.
Today they came to the house, on time and my husband was home and watched as they cleaned so thoroughly picking up dusting and wiping everything down, window sills and all.
They worked very hard and to our satisfaction.
They even folded our bathroom hand towels so nice I don’t want to use it (haha).
My husband was so impressed he wanted me to call the company and express this.

It’s important to let people know when they do a great job!!!

The women that cleaned my apartment were awesome. The job they did, exceeded my expectations. When they got done, my apartment was spic and span, and smelled nice and clean. I have no reservation in giving Molly Maid the highest rating possible. I tipped both of the workers $20 and thanked them for their hard work. This is a service worth the charges.

The team went right to work and deep cleaned my kitchen oven, range hood and refrigerator to a spotless shine. They were meticulous and thorough throughout the rest of the house. We were beyond pleased with their work. I highly recommend Molly Maids.

I already cleaned the place myself. It was a rental I was moving out of, but I wanted a professionally clean like you know blinds mirrors, windowsills around the light switches, etc. just a good cleaning so I could hand the keys over but when I went back, there was still fingerprints on the mirrors. The blinds weren’t cleaned. It was almost like I left it except they did the floors. I did everything so I knew like the bathtubs just how I left them. I did the fridge. I did the sale $521 later they said they come out and do it again or touch up what I needed it don’t recommend do it yourself or go somewhere else. I thought I’d go with a big company but not worth it. Smaller companies.

On time, professional, friendly employees came to clean my house and it sparkles. Honestly, the stovetop and hood! The whole house looks so good. Using them again.

Very happy that they were able to accommodate my last minute request for service. Then, the cleaning team did an amazing job! Especially with all of my blinds. Lastly the customer support and follow through with their office was superb! I recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I are very pleased with the wonderful experience with Molly Maid. The two ladies were very nice and and seemed to really enjoy their work. They did a wonderful job of cleaning our entire home and it smells wonderful and clean.

Molly Maid provides exceptional service! The team that routinely cleans my home is always professional, friendly, thorough, and fast. I am so grateful for the quality and care put into making my home a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary.

Of course we would approve more time if needed, it’s not about how long it took. We don’t mind paying if the job is done right. Again $792 … almost $200 an hour. We did talk to some family/ friends about this and they said this is ludicrous. I guess we should have done more research.

We never offered your team a permanent job that’s absolutely false. We asked if they worked outside of Molly Maid out of curiosity because we have had in the past housekeepers who work for themselves and company. Just a normal conversation…They said “no they will sue us ”, that’s also when the conversation came up that they get paid
“ so,so”. Which is very unfortunate considering how much we paid for this “deep cleaning “service .

Now, your saying we neglected to send you pictures of our house before cleaned ? That’s false, never once In any phone call or email did you ask for pictures of our beautiful home we would have gladly sent you pictures…. In fact you have recorded lines so maybe you should review that again…

Yes, you offered to come clean our home again at your convenience only at 2pm the next day. We couldn’t come home at that time because of work so We called and said we would just like to cancel services. That is correct. We also didn’t feel comfortable having those two same women come back and you didn’t care. You said they were the ones coming back to clean what they missed. Talk about great customer service!

I’m glad we won’t be working with such an unprofessional business who lies. No thanks!

I had my first cleaning with Molly Maid and the team did an amazing job. The cleaners were friendly and my house is sparkling.

Just had our first cleaning, as we prepare for the arrival of our baby. We live in a pretty small 2 bedroom apartment, and 2 cleaners came. The cleaning took about 3 hours. We were very happy with the end result. Both cleaners communicated with us throughout and had us check everything before they left. It was overall a great experience, from scheduling to the end result.

We had our home deep cleaned. The two women were thorough and professional. I don't think they missed a spot. Our home has ever been this clean. Thank you.

I have been using Molly Maids for almost 1 years. Every experience has been wonderful. They are professional thorough and friendly. At 1 point we had 3 dogs one that was sick and needed to be in bed. They accommodated her cleaned her room first so she could get back to her area. Always nice to have a super clean house. Thanks

We were told this would be a deep clean. The bathrooms were deep cleaned, but it didn’t seem like the kitchen/family room got the same level of clean. The appliances still have finger prints and grease on the outside of them. I had to immediately vacuum behind and next to the couch and wipe down the appliances. Two things that probably only took me 10 minutes to do but make a huge difference in the appearance of the house. For the amount of money we paid for a “deep clean”, we are pretty disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Do NOT hire this company. Although the cleaning is ok, the customer service is NOT. I had gift cards to use and they were not helpful. That is the only reason i used them. The second time they came, i paid via a gift card, for 1.5 hours, but they only stayed for one hour and MM charged my ATM card and NOT my gift card. I also had to call about all the issues (they didnt reach out to me that the maids left early). And after an hour there was still dusting to be done. I have also called multiple times and they wouldnt call back. Tried to email my issues but never answered (told me hour rate was $155, but charged for $160). DO NOT hire a company that does not care about their customers.
