After speaking with several HVAC contractors, I retained John Owens Services (JOS) to install my Heat Pump (HVAC) and Heat Pump Water Heater. JOS office and field staff were very professional, and they utilized their expertise to design the best solutions and equipment for my home. They were well-organized and efficient in performing their work. In addition, they have staff that assist in obtaining rebates. Excellent company, staff, and equipment!

I have used the plumbing services at John Owens twice. Will, was the technician assigned. I have been extremely impressed with his professionalism, expertise and communication skills. I find myself hard pressed to use anyone else for my plumbing needs.
Will came out to the house once for a water heater replacement and again last week to give me an estimate on some piping under the house.
The cost for a water heater replacement was $1,000 less than the first bid received from another plumbing company.
The estimate for pipe repair under the house targeted specific problem areas and was $13,000 less than the other guys who simply said "your whole house needs to be re-piped."

Was pretty straightforward from estimate through completion of my heat pump water heater installation. Price was better than the other estimate I got (by thou$ands! Estimate for another job was not as good as one I got through a Costco contractor, though). Workers were personable and informative. Recommended.

Super fast appointment! William showed up 2 minutes early! perfect! He had the heater company send out some replacement controller unit, I did install it but it did not solve the problem, the burner was the cupid! I highly recommend this company though and I knew I was taking a chance on. the repair! It would have a perfect 5 star if the diagnosis was correct. thanks so much, highly recommended!
