I contacted poly timber tree services to remove a tree that was a home to lots of bees and they would come and go occasionaly and my 7 year old son has a big fear of bees. The 2nd time the bees came my son had a panic attack and I contacted poly timber And told them About the problem and how I needed it gone as soon as possible and they were very helpful and helped me as soon as they could. My son is much more happy that the tree is gone and his anxiety has gone down, we are all at ease! These guys are very professional, thats what I loved most about their services, I am a forever customer and I even referred a few fam members to them. Thank you poly timber!

We dealt with this company when they did the neighbor's tree. The neighbor had her tree taken out and this company was supposed arrive at 7am and work until 1pm. They did not begin until 10am and then proceeded to tell me that because I was a woman I was unable to "appreciate the work that goes into preparing for this kind of job." He also stated "people don't understand that we cannot start at 7 because we are getting ready and it sometimes take longer." Then why say that we have to have our dogs in the house by 7am? Why say you will "begin working next door at 7."

I rely on Poly Timber Tree Service to trim all of our trees -- at our apartment building and at our home. Their service is expert, easy to schedule, and reasonably priced.

This was a real big job with lots of special permits etc. Traffic control and everything worked out seamlessly thanks to Ricky the estimator and worker. The job was completed on time, and if you want to see the results our address is 250 Alamitos Super Suds Laundry. 10 palm trees removed. They provided the BEST price and most important they were happy to do the work. Other tree services never got back to me after seeing the scope of the job.

They brought down two dead, very tall King Palms before these came down on my house. Fast, efficient, professional, licensed, bonded, done. They clearly know what they're doing. Reasonably priced, too. Stick with licensed contractors. Highly recommend.
