I have had work done by Poly Timber Tree Service for over 12 years at multiple properties. They have always been on time, professional and completed the work as promised. The premises are always thoroughly cleaned of any debris from the tree trimming or removal. The owner and employees are polite and very hard working. I appreciate the care they take to prevent any damage and consideration give to surrounding property owners. They called the adjoining property owner to let them know they would be arriving around 9 am and followed up with me. I was at the property when they arrived at 9:05 am - can't complain. In all the years they have done work they have always arrived on time and kept me informed as to when the job would be completed - sometimes it has taken a little longer. I have had racoons and beehives in the trees and they did their best to work around it and not disturb the wild life. Excellent company and they are my top referral.

Ricky and his team were excellent! Prior to selecting Poly Timber I did alot of research as I wanted someone who was licensed and insured. Ricky surveyed the job then gave me some advice and recommendations (which saved me $$). I booked the job months out, they called a week prior to remind me, arrived on time, worked safely and efficiently.

Ricky and his (big) team did a great job removing one big (Star Pine) tree, pruning my grapefruit an orange trees, and trimming a lot of poly-carpus dividing me and my neighbours. They made quick work of it all, and cleaned everything up. Highly recommended!

The Poly Timber crew were not only extremely friendly, but I was honestly blown away at how efficient and hard working they all were. I had never had a tree removal at my house in the past, and I needed two removed, and thought this would take all day. I also have a one year old that does not sleep well and takes several naps throughout the day, and I was afraid his sleep schedule would be thrown off. Well this crew showed up first thing in the morning and had both trees removed with all of the lumber and scraps cleaned up before my son’s first nap! The work was incredible, and I will only use this company in the future. I can’t recommend them enough

Poly Timber is professional, fast and reasonable. Oscar provided me with a menu of options and offered some simple but smart landscaping suggestions. The crew cleaned up everything and made minimal disruption. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time we used Oscar. He is very knowledgeable about different types of trees and how to trim each one of them. The crew did a superior job on trim the trees around our warehouse. They don't chop off the trees from the top. They actual trim each tree properly so the shape of tree is beautifully rounded on the top. Oscar was on site to supervise the whole time during the tree trimming process. Highly recommended. We will use them again.

Our experience with Poly Timber Tree Service was great. They responded quickly, have extensive knowledge about trees, and did a beautiful job. We had issues with huge branches coming down after high winds in 2023. Unlike many other companies, they have insurance as well.

Poly Timber Tree Service did a very professional job. They trimmed and shaped our very grown trees, now the trees are "safe" (branches taken out of the power lines) and beautiful. They were on time, it didn't take long. They did an excellent job of clean up respecting our property, as well as the neighbors. Their rates are excellent.

Our contract with Poly Timber Tree Service was a great experience from start to finish. The owner, Enrique Chavez, is the complete professional -- thorough, knowledgeable, reliable, dependable, and transparent. He texted me copies of his license, bond, and workers comp insurance when I asked for them. He responded promptly to every call and text. His workers are friendly and conscientious, leaving the job clean and complete. We were very happy.
