Location is great. Easy to maneuver trucks in the yard for loading. The loader guys are very friendly and quick. The front counter guys really makes Whittier Fertilizer an A+ company.

My husband and I were assisted by Jonathan. My husband and I had many questions regarding are yard. It was our first time going to a warehouse and Jonathan was very helpful in answering our questions and explaining what we would need to do to go forward with working on our yard.

Update after knowing louie that worked up front at the desk he was always nice and since I started my landscape business iv known him always helped me with anything I didn't know and saved me from loosing customers showing me what works best!

I've been getting mulch, seed, amendments, tools and Expert Advice from Whittier Fertilizer for 20 years. Service and selection is consistently superior! I love this place and Highly recommend it!

Good place to get what you need. If you're too sensitive about the way people talk this place isn't for you. You're dealing with guys who know their business. You're not at church so don't expect the same atmosphere

Great place to get variety of soil, rock fertilizers and lots of gardening tools and supplies. Can buy most soil by the bag or scoop into the back of your truck. You don't think you are going to need a half scoop of soil, you do. Staff has been knowledgeable and helpful. Better than going to Home Depot/Lowes, especially if you have large projects. Would be great if they had a nursery.

This is a wonderful place. You will find an amazing selection of products, extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable people. And the prices are also great.

Better price then other hardware store. Good service, they are help to load staffs to my car.

Fair prices. Delivery perimeter makes it to the OC. I find that visiting weekday mornings leads to much more attentive customer service 4 DIYs. But I've never had a bad experience.

My husband went to drop off a load at this location. He parked his truck to ask around where he could find the drop off spot.
Some man that worked there (possibly the owner) was saying all kinds of unprofessional things including name calling.
Luckily my husband reacted in a PROFESSIONAL way. He works hard for his family here.
Hope that guy gets his karma the same way. Ridiculous!

The checkout counter is inside, but there's a gigantic garage-type door open, they are enforcing social distancing, and all the employees are wearing masks, so it feels pretty safe. Their selection and prices are amazing, and they sell things in bags, or by cubic yard. If you're going to get cubic yards of anything, bring a truck, or some very sturdy trash bags and tools to bag it yourself. They have gorilla hair mulch, every other kind of mulch imaginable, river rocks, gravel, topsoil, plus they do custom blends and can deliver. If you are doing any kind of real Landscaping, it's worth the trip.

Been twice and both times I've had great service. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge selection of Fertilizer, seeds,soil, etc. I would give them 5 stars but I usually like to visit a place 3 times before I give them 5 stars.

Great selection of materials. TERRIBLE customer service. I was "helped by an older gentleman named David, who it seems would rather be doing anything else other than helping customers. If I rolled my eyes like he did and mumble back at my customers as he did I'd soon be out of business. Place needs new blood or better management.

Best local landscape supplier from one bag to bulk loads for the professional and the diy customer. Product selection and service exceed any big box supplier. They even load your car or truck for you!

I got what I needed. The prices were good. What was best were the people who helped me. Very helpful, and they even load my vehicle. Left very pleased.
